Light in the Dark. A Naruto fanfiction.

Introduction

Hanako Kanemaru:

Appearance: Short light blue hair, pink sweater than shows her shoulders with a black tank top underneath, black shorts that stop mid thigh, black ninja sandals, and dark blue eyes. (Wears weapon pouches on her legs when on missions or training.)

Personality: Hanako is very innocent due to Naruto going out his way to keep perverted things away from his sweet innocent little sister. She is very kind and never judges anyone, and always accept people for who they are. She believes that it is always possible for a bad person to be good again, no matter how bad they are. She isn't afraid to say what's on her mind, which normally is either a compliment or kind suggestion.

Relatives: Hanako's birth parents are unknown. She is Naruto's adoptive little sister.

Other Important Information: The story will start the day of the genin exams. Naruto will pass the exam because he practiced the shadow clone jutsu with Hanako since she was unsure she could pass. Although Naruto still steals the forbidden scroll because Mizuki said that reading would bring respect to him and Hanako. Once Naruto realizes that he was tricked it plays out like it does in the anime, but instead of becoming a ninja since he stole the scroll he was threatened to take his headband back but since he returned it he got to keep his headband. Naruto will be a little more responsible since he has Hanako to take care of, but he will still be the number one hyperactive knucklehead ninja. This means it will take longer for Naruto to complain about the chores and demand a real mission. Although Naruto is protective of his adoptive sister he doesn't go as far as not letting her hang out with guys, but he does intervene when the guy starts getting to close to her. Because of Hanako's innocence she doesn't get any hints of guys liking her, even if they say it to her face, and is oblivose to her brother's protectiveness over her.
