Hello again, darling. I must tell you I've slid back to some of my old ways. But I'm not here to talk about me, only you. I thought today we’d talk about some of your coping skills. I've found that music can have a huge impact on our lives. It can make us happy or feel extreme amounts of pain. Choose your music wisely, my dear. Another outlet I've found is writing. Like how I'm talking to you through this screen. Writing every word with your happiness in mind. There are many ways to channel your pain besides. Well. You know. TV shows, actors and actresses have really helped me through tough times. Drawing can be very good, even if you aren't. Do what makes you feel better. Take a walk, sleep, cry if you need to.. But never forget you're helping me just by reading this. I do hope I help you.
