kelsea hopped out of the car with her backpack hanging on her shoulders and her phone in her hand as she walked through the school doors. she walked to her locker and opened it staring into it, which only had a few books stacked on the top self. she mentally cursed herself as the bell rang and she was off to her first period, math. math was her biggest struggle, sometimes it was easier than others though it all depends on the concepts.

she sat in the middle row next to one of her good friends, lauren and chase. "hey kels!" lauren smiled and waved.

"hey." i said rather quietly.

"i missed you! we barely hung out this summer" she frowned and hugged her friend.

i nodded. as the teacher began the lecture, calling kelsea our several times for who knows what.

as the bell rung, i stood up putting my things in my backpack as rachel from last year poked my back. "ow." i groaned. "thought u got expelled?!" she said glaring at me.

"none of you're business." i rolled my eyes.

i walked out of the classroom catching up to lauren and chase. "i'm eating lunch with y'all for sure." i smiled.

"of course!" they both grinned. chase was holding onto his backpack straps, looking nervous.

"hey, you okay chase?" i looked at him.

he nodded. "i'm glad we get to hang thats all"

"me too."

a few weeks later; it was now september 7th— school was going okay, i had all a's except for one f in math. which i can get up easily i just need to talk to the teacher.

i was sitting in art class next to lauren as the office lady spoke on the intercom for me to go to the office immediately. i got so scared, but i stood up and walked out the classroom, leaving my things behind, besides my phone of course, it was in my back pocket.

i sat down in an empty chair in the office, it was quiet. just the sound of the office ladies typing away on their computers filled the room.

the vice principal, mr maynard walked out of his office and looked at me as he held up his pointed finger, moving it and glaring at me telling me to come. i stood up and fiddled with my fingers nervously. i sat down in front of his desk as he closed the door and sat down, looking a me for a moment as we made dead eye contact.

"so tell me," mr maynard stopped for a second, "why?"

i looked at him confused, "what?"

"don't play that card. i'm not in the mood for it, let's move past last year please. i'm her to hell you not hurt you."

my eyes widened. "why am i here?"

"emily." he glared at me as if i was suppose to know.

"what about her?" i asked, sinking down in my seat. he means emily glazer, i hate her, and when i say hate i mean absolutely HATE her.

"you called her a bit-" he stopped himself and i chuckled.

"don't laugh."

i nodded.

"and a who- and-" i held in my laughs as he said that.

"what's the big deal of that?" i eyed him.

"it's unexceptable. don't continue on a path like last year. this is a warning, go back to class."

i immediately stood up and walked out of the office, not looking back. that was so stupid. as i got back in the classroom i sat next to lauren again and she mouthed to me, 'tell me after class' and i nodded.

i have good plans for this i'm so excited i hope this goes well and you all like it and i get views haha
