The Gifts of Blood (WIP Name)

Chapter one - prologue

Hello I'm Azazel and this is the story of how me and my friends got powers and traveled the multiverse. It goes back 20 years ago in 2018 where me and my bestest friend Eliza were messing around when She suddenly started to fangirl causing her blondish hair to fly everywhere and it freaked me out a bit so I started to run “ooohhh fuuu-Gah!!!!” when I had suddenly tripped over a rock falling onto a bloody nail which stabs me right in the heart. Eliza of course instantly brings me to the hospital where something strange starts to happen. Along with us is Eliza's mom Lori. Our friends; James, Grayson, Jess, and Ruby show up a bit later. And when they show up, I'm on a bed, the nail gone and I'm bandaged, but something seems… off, I looked perfectly healthy and I was smiling when I suddenly had clenched my chest in pain when Eliza noticed that there was a strange purple, corruption coming from my heart, and it continued to spread and spread until my body was purple. I remember that I had got up, and then I think Eliza had a asthma attack and had tripped. It's all so fuzzy because memories of another me were flowing into my brain. My body suddenly became that of a cat and I instinctively went over to Eliza sticking my arm in her mouth, forcing her to bite it and make it bleed, I'm not sure why I did it but something compelled me to and after about an hour she finally woke up, and she later told me that her body felt lighter and stronger after that “...huuhh?” I withdrew my arm as I watched her awake “meow bitch, are you awake yet?” I sat in front of her as the last bit of knowledge from that other me enters my brain…
