"That was such a stupid idea!" Shiro was leaning against the wall of his home room. There were only two other people in the class, so it was sort of a free for all. He could feel himself start to shake, making him mentally curse his memory. It could memorize pretty much anything but could never remember when to take his medicine.
As he reached into his bag he noticed how much he was shaking. Miyabi had told him that he would suffer from withdrawal considering he switched medications so quickly, but it shouldn't be this bad.
Ignoring the warning going off in his head he popped a pill in mouth, not paying attention to which one it was. "Alright, if you would have a seat please, Shiro." The tall male complied with his teacher, walking to his desk.
When he sat down he felt severely light headed, but once again ignored it, shrugging it off as another withdrawal symptom. "So, you all can work on homework, or whatever you want, just be quiet." The words seemed to swim in Shiro's head, causing a large head ache. Deciding to do homework he grabbed a braille text book, setting it on the desk. He then promptly fainted right after, the world disappearing from his limited senses.

"Hinata Shoyo!?" A paramedic popped her head into the classroom, startling a few children. Ignoring his racing heart, the orange haired boy raised his hand, making the doctor rush forward and grab his arm, dragging him out of the room.
"I apologize for dragging you out of class so suddenly, but your brother seems to have fainted." The taller woman continued to drag Shoyo, even though he wasn't responding. His racing heart had stopped, he was in shock. That's when he remembered what Miyabi had told him when Shiro had switched medications.
Flashback
"Shoyo..." The orange haired male looked over at the young Russian woman, giving her his attention. "Do you know what withdrawal is?" She questioned him, her fingers racing over the keyboard of her computer.
"N-No, not really, why?" He was confused, Miyabi rarely asked him anything, most of the time just making terrible puns with Shiro.
"Withdrawal is something that happens to people that are addicted to drugs." She sighed and pushed her reading glasses up, popping her back as she sat up. "It only happens when you take them away though."
Shoyo was confused, what did this have to do with Shiro? "Ok, but what does this have to do with Shiro?" Miyabi sighed again, turning around to face the young male.
"I'm afraid that his body has become addicted to his current medicine." It was like a brick was set in his stomach, he could feel his heart stop. "But I'm afraid that it's only his body that has become addicted, not his mind."
"W-what do you mean?" The brick was getting bigger, heavier, with everything Miyabi said. "When someone is addicted to a drug like cocaine they realize it. Their mind basically says, "you can't live without this" and the body agrees." She sighed, standing up to walk over to the window. "But with Shiro only his body will register that he," she held up her hands, making air quotations, "needs" this medication. I'm afraid that he will subconsciously double the amount that he should take."
That brick in his stomach, yeah, that's a boulder now. "C-can it kill h-him...?" There were tears in his eyes, making him sniffle and wipe them away, only to be replaced immediately.
"Yes, yes it can kill him......" Miyabi was looking at the ground. Shiro was almost like a son to her, the only thing that was close to family. She put a hand on her stomach, remembering the time that he had helped her through her miscarriage.
Miyabi is infertile, unable to have children. But Shiro helped her when she did get pregnant, when she miscarriage, and she was damn sure she would help him through this.
