Some stars glow more brightly than others
They bless us with their guiding light
But the brighter they shine the darker the world is around them
The black seems even more black and desolate next to my guiding star
You are my guiding star
You guide me to where I should be
You show me the way
And although I may not always see you my star I know you are always there
You are part of my constellation
Without you a perfect vision becomes nothing
You shine so brightly
An image of hope
Of life
Without my guiding star, I am lost
