As the day went on, I enjoyed being able to spend time with Kellin. I could never understand why my mom had felt the need to go off every weekend to cheat on him, and I never exactly had the heart to tell him... He protects me like we're family, he did not have to play along with me in front of Caleb, yet he did. What if I screwed up? What do I do if this becomes something huge...? What if...?

"Snow." Kellin snaps. "Earth to Snow." His eyes are full of worry as he pulls me out of my deep thoughts.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to zone out there. What's up?" I saw with a small laugh.

Kelvin sighs, "I understand you wanted to prove a point, but this could be an issue." He suggests with raised eyebrows and a worried expression, his eyes on the road as we drove home.

"No one knows that my mom is remarried, nor will I let them find out. Pleas just play this charade for me. Just for now till I can make Caleb's ass sorry for ever messing with the wrong person." My eyes full of plead as I put my hands together and pout my lip, begging.

Kellin just laughs, "For now. I'll play along. But if anything too risky starts to happen, you say we broke up. Got it?" He looks stern as we pull into our driveway, his eyes locked on mine.

"Got it." I give him a soft smile and a thumbs up.

His eyes locked with mine as we sat in silence for a split second, my heart beating a thousand miles an hour. ... What?

I'm quick to make the first move, hopping out of the car and quickly up the stairs to my room, slamming the door. My eyes wide as I slide down the door, my hand on my heart.
Why do I feel this way? He's my STEP DAD.

~The Next Morning~

I yawn and groan to the sound of my alarm ringing above me, quick to shut it off. I sit up and scratch my hand, quick to get up to take a shower.

My hairs drenched as I slide into the clothes I had picked purposefully for today. Part 1 of making Caleb sorry for hurting me. He will rue the day he decided to mess with SNOW QUINN. (evil laughter).

I hum, glancing at my piercings while curling my hair. I've fallen in love with the thought of more piercings and tattoos. I can't wait for my next trip. (Hmm.)

I look down at my outfit. I was never one to show much skin, and I stick to my morals. I had a bit of boobage with my lowcut band shirt and some rather tight skinny jeans... I was satisfied with my minimal makeup and looked pretty decent in my own eyes. A car horn drew me out of my self consideration, seeing Ari's car.

I race downstairs, Kellin was off work today but was no where to be found, a note catching my eye.

"Snow, I'll be back late tonight, I'm going out with a few friends and running a few errands. Have a good day at school, you'll probably be asleep when I manage to make it home. Leftovers are in the fridge. Don't do anything stupid." -Kellin.

I roll my eyes, he's more of a mom then my own mother. Another impatient horn bring me to run out of the door, locking up. But is he trying to avoid me...?

"Hurry up hoeeee." Ari groans from the drivers side.

"I'm sorry! I got caught up!" I laugh hopping in.

"So yesterday I saw Caleb And Kris and well...."
I begin telling her about what happened.
