You were just laying down with your eye's clothes when you heard voices in your room. Four voices to be exact, suddenly you heard someone walk over to you and start touching you, causing you to jolt up and flip them over the side of your bed.
"I guess she's awake." A male boy around your age said and you looked around and backed away from them the best you could as the person you flipped over got up.
"Ow... Miss. L/n, it's quite alright okay, I'm a doctor." The man said and you looked around and gulped.
"W-Where am I!? W-Who are you p-people!?" You asked, scared and the doctor looked at you.
"Do you know who you are?" The doctor asked and you looked down and clutched onto the bed sheets.
"I-I... I think it's Y-Y/n... L/n." You said and the doctor nodded and pulled your chart up.
"Very good, do you know how old you are?" The doctor asked.
"U-Uh, eighteen?" You asked.
"Hmm, close, but no... you went into a coma three years ago... You're now twenty one." The doctor said.
"O-Oh." You whispered, when you looked over to the people, you saw two very pretty girls, but one caught your interest more. She had a pretty shade of brown hair and beautiful, capturing emerald eyes. She just took your breathe away.
"Y/n, these are your friends. Yuri, Natsuki, MC, Sayori... and Monika." The doctor said, pointing at each individual. The beautiful one with the emerald eyes was Monika.
"Hey Y/n!" Monika smiled and you blushed a little.
"H-Hi." You whispered, shyly... suddenly MC brought a dog and a cat in and you stared at them, until you gasped.
"Cookies! Cream!" You said happily, hugging them.
"Well, you seem fine now Y/n, I'll go get your discharge papers." The doctor said and I nodded, once he left the five individuals came over and started talking to you.
"Hi Y/n! How do you feel?" MC asked and you smiled a bit.
"I-I feel fine." You said and they smiled.
"That's good." They said, the one with blue eyes looked a little sad, you believe her name was Sayori.
"S-S-Sayori? Are you okay?" You asked and she smiled a small smile and nodded.
Sayori's PoV
I looked at Y/n, but I couldn't bring myself to say I liked her, because it wasn't true, I didn't feel that way towards her, my heart and love laid in MC's hands. Monika and MC broke up a year after Y/n was put into the hospital and I've been debating whether to tell him I liked him or not, of course if he rejected me... there's always Y/n.
"Hey! Y/n, wanna have a cupcake?" Monika asked and Y/n tilted her head and smiled.
"Sure!" Y/n said, then the doctor came in and handed the papers to Y/n and she signed them all and we all turned around so she could change, then we left to the new café, which actually belonged to Yuri and Natsuki. They made delicious stuff, like cupcakes, cookies, tea.
"Wow, this place is nice!" Y/n smiled and she looked around, smiling. It looked extremely cute, but not as cute as MC's drooling face over the sweets.
"Anyways! What kind do you want Y/n?" Monika asked, being strangely polite and nice to her.
"Hmm, if it's alright... I'd like that one, but if that's too much, I'm fine with that one too!" Crystal said, pointing to two different things, one was expensive, one was cheap.
"It's okay!" Monika smiled, getting the expensive one for Y/n, which caused Y/n to smile.
"T-Thanks Monika!" Y/n said, she was playing with the hem of her sleeves and Monika smiled.
"No problem!" Monika said, giving Y/n a small side hug, causing Y/n to blush a bit, after we paid for everything we all sat at a booth, I was next to MC, Yuri was next to Natsuki and Monika was next Y/n. Everyone was talking and chatting away and I was about to say something, but everyone fell silent when Monika kissed Y/n, who happily kissed back.
"Get it on!" Natsuki cheered, causing them to separate and blush.
"N-Natsuki!" Y/n blushed and Monika chuckled, scratching the back of her head. Y/n leaned into Monika and smiled happily.
"I love you Monika." Y/n said and Monika smiled back and I sighed a little bit.
"I love you too." Monika said, I suddenly felt MC, grab my hand and he looked down at me and smiled a small smile. Y/n and Monika shared the cupcake and soon, we all went our separate ways, me and MC went on a date, Natsuki and Yuri went home to do a little bit of Yuri (If you know what I mean~), and Y/n and Monika went to Monika's house to have a sleepover and movie marathon.
