One night a young girl named "Nozomi Yûki" was Ill and was at the hands of death. She always prayed to the shooting stars to always be saved. The stars gave her hope to keep pushing forward her life. One day she died with regret of not helping the world, helping the human race although deep inside she thought that they didn't deserve to be safe. When she reached the doors between heaven and hell to decide her fate she was given a chance to do what she wanted to do before the all-powerful God decided her fate.
The all-powerful one ask her what she wanted, she replies with and serious look on her face
"The power to do what must be done."
The all mighty God told her these words
"You'll have the power called Stargazer"
"What's that" she replies while being a shock.
"You'll know soon," said God.
That's all she remembers because after that she was at her place and she didn't feel Ill anymore.
She felt powerful but at the same time she felt like everything on her life was just a big huge dream.
"What's going on?" She said being sort of skeptical.
She went back to sleep thinking that was all a dream but was relived at the same time because she felt a lot better and could go to school and see her friend. With no father or mother. Nozomi had to learn how to live on her own a the age of 7. Her father was a doctor and her mother was a detective. Both of them died on a hijack when Nozomi was diagnosed with a severe illness. She is very lonely, she only has one real friend. She also considers the star as her listener and guardians. That's how the Adventure of Nozomi Yûki starts.
