So we arrive at the school but have to go through the office since well... it's already 10:00. The lady there at the front asks us why we were late. "Ummm" we say simultaneously. "Traffic?" Ethan says smiling a bit to much for the lady's liking. Just as she's about to 'answer' his question/answer she gets a phone call. "Yes"... "ok"... "I'm so sorry"... "ok well bye- bye"..."thank you". Then she hangs up. "um... Ethan darling" she says in a sad tone. "Your yo yo your mother is-" "in hospital? yea I know" he seems a bit annoyed, well obviously I can tell because he cut her sentence off. "No" she says with her head down. "Your mother I iiii is dead". she trembles. "what" Ethan says with tears rolling down his cheeks with not much of a voice.

I hug him and he just... cries. so obviously I start crying and the office lady said " you can takes the next 2 weeks off of school if you want" she says. " and Ethan your aunty will take care of you now in your home". "Good thing she doesn't have kids" Ethan says. so his aunty arrives and picks both of us up. before we even say hellos his aunty says " so your the girl friend aye" "um yea" I say.

"that's good" she says back. so for most of the trip everyone is silent. "Isabelle" Ethan says. "yes" I say. "I don't have a mother or a father now so now what am I supposed to do? am I just supposed to just carry on with my day like oh yeah I have no mother or father what joy. cause you know everyone out there has a mother and a father or just a mother or father alone but you know... I'm never going to be able to say mother or father ever again". he whimpers and whispers those words to me. "well Ethan you still have the rest of your family and most importantly you have me". I say proudly which makes him laugh.

"yea I guess your right". He says then kissing me. "but you know I'm just a dork and well really your a hottie" I say to Ethan making him laugh again. "your mixed up" he says. " your the hottie and I'm the dork who's crying over a mother who didn't remember me for the last minutes she lived". "ok then" I say. "whatever" Ethan says laughing. I laughed to so pretty much we were laughing for the rest of the way. " I love you Ethan" I say. "me too" he says.
