Prologue.
Okay, so this is a story about a girl. She isn't an ordinary female though. She was raised in a society where everyone was the same. There were no variations. Everyone had either bleach blonde hair or a dark brown hair. They all had ocean blue eyes. They all spoke in the same monotone voice you would hear nowhere else. But, Elyra was different.
When she was born, her parents thought there was a mistake. NShe had deep emerald green eyes, and a fiery red hair color. It was an anomaly.
And she heard that for the rest of her life by her parents. They loved her, but the society didn't. She was ridiculed and the elders (ruling body) encouraged it. Elyra grew up wearing black while the rest of the people wore pure white clothes that hurt your eyes. Elyra was different. And sometimes, differences can kill.
