Chapter 2

Karla's  POV

" Adrian" I called out his name and he appeared in front of me. He's straight raven black hair covering a bit of his grey eyes that always warms my heart, plus that perfect model body of his that made me want to ride him all night. I'm just picturing it right now.

" you know I can read your mind right" he said with a mischievous smirk,I  face palm myself forgetting about the his ability to read minds. He started laughing which earn him a scowled  from me, " don't worry I don't mind you riding me on top of the Eiffel tower".

My face heat up in embarrassment which cause him to laugh even more, I push past him and to take a shower.

The hot water flow smoothly on my skin making me relax, I grab the shampoo and wash my hair and body. When I finish I grab a towel that barely cover my thigh and walk towards my bedroom were I knew Adrian would be waiting payback time.

I walk in the room swaying my hips in a sensual way that would surely grab Adrian's  attention which it definitely did but I pretended I didn't notice. From the Conner of my eyes I could see him watching me hungrily which means my plan to get back at him for earlier is working.

I went to my drawer and pulled out a lacy black pantie making sure he gets a good view of it, He gulps when I lift up my leg to put it on in a sexual way as possible.

" I'm sorry! " in a instance he was in front of me but I wasn't finished, reaching you in my drawer again I pulled out a bra to match my pantie which made him curse under his breath.

" K I'm sorry I learn my lesson I'll never read your mind without permission only if your in trouble,  just stop it ok I'm getting sexual tensions here" he practically beg.

" oh poor baby" I mocked and bend over giving him full view of my body, He groan and mumble something about a cold shower and left. I couldn't  help it I was laughing so hard I swear he could he me when he slam the bathroom doors. Maybe this mate thing isn't bad after all, the desire to be around one another all the time and to get your mates attention is so frustrating I remembered Adrian telling me.

After I finished dressing up I watched 2 broke girls on my laptop until Adrian came out ignoring my presence, I bit my lips to contain my laughter from earlier. He was wearing a pair of loose sweat pants which hangs on his hips, I took the time to check him and judging by his muscular frame I say he works out, my eyes loomed over his chest, down to his abs and prominent v line that could make a girl in a twenty mile radius faint.

A small smirk appeared on his lips once he noticed me checking him out " like what you see " he said swaying his hips a little making me rolled my eyes and turn my attention back to my laptop.

He sat on his stomach next to me and we watch 2 brock girls. After 3 minutes of watching Adrian broke the silence " I really don't get why you prefer Max over Caroline " he said while watching Max getting rid of her one nightstand, "well firstly I like that she fits her character she reminds me of myself when I was a teenager of course and most importantly I like her boobs" after my response he gave me a look which I smiled innocently in return.

"you know you never talk much about your family or you home,all I know about your family is that you have two brothers, a sister.

He took a deep breath before answering " well you know since my father died I was crowned king and that my brothers holds their status as princes and my sister princess of dawnguard. Aden is the youngest among the four of us and possibly the most gentle soul in the family, Rose my sister she's... a party animal so no doubt you two will get along and then there's Alexander  he's a bit of a womaniser at times but we learn to leave with it...oh, he and Rose are twins  and of course there's my mom Victoria who's always lay back compared to other royal mothers.

" They sound great can wait to me them" I say and gave him a quick kiss which lasted only 10 seconds until I broke apart earning a whine from Adrian, I chuckle at his pout.
" I have to go sweetie I have to finish my new song with David Guetta I'll be back as soon as i can" I promised "If it makes you feel any better the song was inspired by you" I said earning one of his dashing smile that could make a girl from a 12 mile radius faint.

Adrian's  POV

After Karla left I felt what any person who found their mates feels,loneliness, I watched 2 Brock girls but stop when I suddenly hear something like sparks coming from an electricity cable, a portal, quickly I grab my hidden dagger and stood in the living were the portal was opening. A white void appeared in front of me instantly, the portal is oval shape with white stream of light that looks alot like small waves and in the centre there's this black crystal shape void that makes the entire portal look like A cats eye. Creepy yes.

I took a defensive stance ready to face the intruders, I can feel the adrenaline building up inside me, it's been a while sine I've had a good fight. Four figures step out Of The portal and all the adrenaline seems to deflate as I recognise them, shielding my dagger as the women with straight golden hair and crystal eyes advanced towards me.

" Hey mum" I said and gave her a sheepish smile which she return with a scowl making me flinch a little, I love my mom and all cause she's a gentle soul with a kind heart but go against and she'll transform into mumzilla.

" were is she " she demanded with one hand on her hip while my two brothers snicker in the back, I sign and lazily let myself fell on the couch " she's at work mom and no you cannot stay and wait " I cut her off making her huff and cross her arm "And why the hell not " she persisted.

" Because I said so " I replied more like commanded making her give me a look which I gulp in response avoiding eye contact. she sign in defeat and Motion to my brothers and sister that there returning home, before she entered the portal she turn and gave me a knowing look " she's going to be future queen of dawnguard Adrian,so she's bound to meet and be around people like us" she reminded me before the portal closed leaving me in deep thought.
