Kayla's P. O. V

I can't believe he's here of all places and his a Fucking king!!!. I gulp down my fifth glass of champagne and grab another one.why why why is this happening right now when everything is perfect for once in my life.

"Kayla" that familiar voice spoke behind me and I hesitantly turn around to face William. He had that Fucking boyish smile on his face,that use to made my heart melt every time. " You look good" He commented and I just Tsk and rolled my eyes at him. Shitty bastard, of all the things he could've said after all this time. He smile dropped when he realise my bitter expression didn't leave my face.

" Kayla I'm sor...." He began but I cut him off by pouring the last content of my drink on top of his head and slapped him so hard that everyone in the room gasp in shock. I quickly turn on my heels not really caring to see his reaction and face everyone right now. To think he could just waltz in here like everything was fine between us,well news flash to him nothing is fine and hasn't been since 6 years ago. I will never forgive him for what he did to me.

With that I walked out of the room and head straight to bed.

2 minutes later as I expected, a worried Adrian came in and sat by the bedside next to me. My back was turn to him so he couldn't see my teary face. I felt his hand gently caress my shoulders in a soothing manner. " Do you wanna talk about it " He spoke, really not sure what my problem was. I just shook my head in respond. I felt him left the bed and heard him change into clothes and finally his strong hands snake around my waist pulling closer to his chest and then I fell asleep.

Adrian's P.O.V

I looked down at a sleeping Kayla and smiled as she look so angelic and peaceful.
I don't know what happened back there but from what I've just witness I'm guessing William and Kayla know each other,enemies maybe. I know William is my friend and all but if he did something to Kayla I'll just kill him king or not. I wiped the last tear falling down her cheekbone, that fucker made her cry and probably ruined her big night. My eyes turned a dangerous red and I had to grip Kayla's hand before I ended doing something I'll regret tonight after all killing him will resolve in a war with Valeria.

Another problem for another day I told my myself before I felt myself drifting to sleep.

Warmth Wheres my warmth, I need my warmth to go back to sleep. We're Is Kayla, I quickly stood up like a cat that got scared shit-less. We're is she,did she leave dawnguard, shit did one my rivals get to her.. Wait her scent is still fresh I can track her. I practically ran out the door almost crashing into passing servants thank god I'm in appropriate clothings .

I followed her scent which smelled of Honey and caramel, two of my favourite treats. Her trail stoped in the garden behind the castle and I quickly relax once I saw her but became agitated as she was doing something I have learn in their world as Yoga. But that's not what agitates me, there was a group of man behind her drooling over her ass and of course my nitwit of a brother of mine was their also.

" Don't you people have work to to" I snapped causing the male servants to jump
and scrambled to finish their daily chores.
" And you" I pointed a finger at Alex at which he gave me an innocent face in return. " Can't a guy just enjoy the morning sun, jizz" He complain not taking his eyes of Kayla and I realise on her shorts there was a bunch of tiny sun's. I growl left my throat and Alex cursed before he used vampiric speed and vanish.

Now I can finally have some alone time with my mate.

" Can I join" I asked really not knowing what the fuck I got into. She replied with a sure but I didn't miss the amuse glint in her eyes. Pft how bad could this be.

4 minutes later

" Ow Ow. My back, who the duck invented Yoga " I cried In pain. Peaceful meditation my ass.

" Are you OK sweety" Kayla said trying to hide her best I want to laugh at you so hard right now face. I glare at her and cursed a few time when I try to move up like her instructions but I ended up falling face hard on the ground. Kayla's laugh so that it could be heard from a mile a way but her mocking laughter was short leave when I grab her arm and yank her down with me and I stated tickling her.

" Adrian... stop!.. I'm.. sorry " I'm sorry she said between laughs as she try to squirm out of my arms. I finally stopped and couldn't help but admire my beautiful mate.
I couldn't help my self I leaned down kiss her and she kissed me back, I bit her bottom lip asking for entrance which she denied. I groan and tickle her side, she yelp in surprise and a I used this chance to slipped my tongue in her mouth and I was rewarded with a moan.

I broke the kiss to let her catch her breath
She was a panting mess but she was my beautiful panting mess. " Having fun " my sister's voice broke our heated moment,  I curse loudly for her to here and sat up with Kayla glued to me.

" Come on mum is waiting for you guys to start breakfast " she whined and grabbed Kayla out of my arm and dashed inside. Bitch. But I follow as my mother might have a fit if I don't make it in time. She may be a peach in your eyes but she's really the devil in disguise. Last time Alex didn't show up for her birthday, she was bat shit crazy and went on a rampage and also shaving Alex's eyebrows in his sleep. The thought of Alex using eyeliner to make fake eyebrows made us laugh for weeks as he'd looked like a drag queen. Ahh memories.
