Tara's POV
Today was one of the most important days to remember. Today was March 14th which is my FFL, Brooklyn's birthday! The guys and I had everything planned and I just hoped that she'd be surprised. I was just making sure everything was perfect so that when she got here, there wouldn't be anything missing. I instructed Niall to distract her while the others and I finished getting the party ready. I just hope I can trust Niall with the secret or the whole surprise is ruined. He wasn't very good at keeping secrets from Brooklyn, so I don't know why I chose him.
"Don't forget that it has to be perfect, guys. Nothing can be missing."
"We know, Tara, chill." Louis said as he finished stacking the cups.
"There is no chill when it comes to Brooklyn. Everything has to be absolutely perfect because-"
"Because she's your FFL and one of the nicest people you know. We get that and we'll make it perfect."
"Thank you, Liam."
"Where do I put these streamers?" Harry asked; tangled in streamers.
"Just put them wherever you can on the ceiling."
Niall's POV
It's really not easy keeping the party a secret from Brooklyn. I mean, I've always had a crush on her, but I think she likes Liam. Plus, today of all days she has to look extra adorable which is causing my heart to swell up. She's wearing this cute teal dress as well which doesn't really help my case. It's like she's trying to be as cute as possible to get me to tell her all about the surprise party. But she won't get it out of me as long as I keep my cool and remain focused on the coffee in front of me. We decided to get Starbucks and then do some shopping.
