Hello.
You may be wondering what this is about. Well, to be frank, it's a collection of black out poems. What is a black out poem, you ask?
It's basically creating a poem or creative phrase from an already existing text, such as a book, an old newspaper, magazine, anything really. All you have to do is take a marker and strike out ("black out") words you don't want. In the end, the outcome is a beautiful aftermath of the remaining words you so-carefully picked.
I only knew of this black out poetry a few months back, and only started this extraordinary form of poetry about a month ago, so I'm not so great at it. Probably not even that decent. But I do want to give this a try. It's a wonderful and fun experience and I hope you'll like them. Each poem either has a deeper meaning to it - which I leave you to analyze or figure it out - or randomly crafted just for the sake of it. You pinpoint which is which.
Have a nice cookie and a large glass of water.
