Missing[F.E]

You were running to your part-time job to make it on time, but apparently you arrived a few minutes late. Not wanting to be a burden, you apologized to your manager and made your way to the back to change your clothes. You worked as a café worker. It was a hard job but at least it was fun. There weren't many customers so you had many time to spare. You would mostly spend your time doing (F/A) on your phone but because you had arrived later than the other people, you decided to help them out. You mopped the floor and cleaned the tables with the other workers.

It was getting dark outside and only a few minutes before the café closed. You were spending your time sprawled on the counter until you felt your phone vibrate in your café apron pocket. You pulled out your phone and checked who the caller was. It was the hospital. Your (E/C) orbs glinted with slight fear and picked up the call.

"Hello, is this Ms. (Y/N)?" the nurse on the other end questioned with a quivering voice. It seemed sorry to tell you this news.

"Yes, this is (Y/N)" you answered hesitantly.

"Um.. I'm so sorry to tell you this but.." the nurse stopped for a moment before continuing, "It seems that Liu escaped the hospital after stabbing the nurse who was nursing him. The police are at the hospital right now. Some are investigating the crime scene and others are looking for him. If you want to come you can but.." the silence seemed to thicken.

"Okay," you answered. "I'll be on my way."

With that, you ended the call and looked at the clock. 1 minute left. You quickly went to the back and changed into your normal clothes. You said your good-byes to your manager, your co-workers and ran your way to the hospital.

The hospital was in your sight. It seemed normal but it was encircled by mobs of reporters from different broadcast stations, asking millions of questions. It was so loud the sounds echoed in your ears. The reporters were being held back by the police. You quietly squeezed through the police and scampered your way up the stairs because there was no time to use the elevator. You ran your way to Liu's room. You stopped when you were next to Liu's room while you were catching your breath.

Liu's room door was wide open and the police lines were covering it. 'No... no no no no no no..!!' You started to freak out and ripped the police lines and enter the room. The room which was once a peaceful place to spend time with Liu was now invested by cops who were investigating the room.

You ran your eyes around the room before noticing that the scarf which was once on the bedside table was now gone. A part of you was happy that he had took it but the other part was sad and feeling betrayed that he had ran off without you. How would he leave you? How could he just abandon you just like that? He had left you to leave you to live your miserable life again. You unconsciously went over to the windowsill before...
