Chris ported back into Vallenfall, noticing the animals suddenly in the bar. "Hey Kazuya." Zara said, looking up from her book. "Hey Zara. What's up with the animals?" Chris asked, walking up to her. "I updated the game to include pets." Zara said. "I'm heading out soon to find a pet, want to come with?"

"I guess, but.... Where?" Chris asked. "Floor 5. There's a forest outside of the city." Zara explained, putting her book down. "Let's go." Chris looked at Zara, happy for more then one reason. "My ship!" Irene exclaimed in silence as Chris and Zara ported out.

Chris and Zara ported to floor 5 and walked to the forest on the outside. "Hey Zara, can I ask you something?" Chris said, breaking the silence. "Sure, what's up?" Zara looked at Chris.

"Lucy. Other NPC's call us spirits, but she calls us humans. Why?" Chris asked, staring at Zara. "Oh... Um...." Zara attempted to avoid the question. She almost surrendered to Chris' question until a wolf appeared in front of them.

The wolf was a half black-half white winged beast. Chris got excited as it means he could now use his new blade. "Go on. I'll hold it off." Chris said, trying to sound heroic. Zara nodded and ran off muttering "boys..."

Chris pulled out Chaotic Light and stared at the wolf. "Let's go." Chris ran up to the beast, ready to attack.

Zara continued in the forest. She suddenly heard a whimper and followed it. She found a cub surrounded by predators. Jumping in front of it, she pulled out her sword, ready to defend it. She attacked the few in front but two remained, the attacked but a wolf suddenly intercepted, attacking the remaining predators and killing one.

Zara held out her blade, reconizing the beast. "Down! Bad wolf!" A familiar voice called out. Zara looked and noticed Chris standing there. The wolf walked up to Zara and sniffed her before walking up to the cub. It sniffed the cub before cleaning it.

"You beat it Kazuya?" Zara asked as Chris got closer. "No. The thing kicked my ass. But at the last second, it licked me and became obedient. Don't know why." "That's so cute." Zara laughed. She picked up the cub, who wimpered and layed on her shoulder. "Lucky fuck." Chris stated, annoyed. Zara rolled her eyes. "Boys. I think I'll call you...." Zara held out the cub, who barked at her.
