This is the top ten of my favourite battles
10: Future Trunks vs Cooler
This fight is a remake of one of Drandosk's old videos. The thing that makes this video great is the fact that the editing is on point.
The fight starts off with Third Form Cooler going against Base Form Trunks. Cooler decides to not only kill Trunks out of his hatred for Saiyans but also to hunt down the warrior truly responsible for the death of his brother. Cooler then went up against Trunks, only get overpowered greatly by Base Form Trunks. Then, as Cooler transforms into his final form, the tides began to turn as Final Form Cooler begans to overpower Trunks brutally. As the fight progresses, Trunks then transforms into a Super Saiyan and with a slash of his sword, he slices Cooler into half. Trunks then swings his sword across, cutting Cooler into pieces before launching a ki blast to finish him off.
Firstly, the verdict seems to be correct as Cooler's Final Form is only strong enough to beat down Base Form Saiyans in the Frieza Arc but not as strong as the Androids or Super Saiyans. So in the other words, Trunks is capable of beating Cooler in Super Saiyan form.
Secondly, the editing is well timed as every punch thrown, every damage taken and every dialogue perfectly matches.
Lastly, although the fight is well done, the only complaint I had is the music. It's not exciting enough and does not go well with the action in the fight.
Overall, out of a 10, I will give this fight a score of 8.
9. Goku Black vs Mutant God Captain Ginyu
This fight is a rather interesting and silly match up at the same time
In this battle, after Frieza had ressurected his deceased henchmen, Ginyu and Guldo has decided to follow under Frieza's footsteps by training harder. After training, both of their power levels has increased greatly, granting Ginyu the ability to transform. Upon receiving news that Goku Black is destroying a city, both Ginyu and Guldo went to the city to test out their new powers against Goku Black. As the three fought, Ginyu then transforms into Mutant God Captain Ginyu, a transformation stronger than a Super Saiyan Rose. After overpowering Goku Black, Ginyu then impales himself with his hand, injuring himself severely. As Guldo paralyzes Goku Black, Ginyu then switches bodies with Goku Black. As the body switch is complete, Ginyu then launches a ki blast towards Goku Black, destroying both him and his original body in the process.
Firstly, this matchup is interesting as both Ginyu and Zamasu has stolen Goku's body and had attempted to tap into his power in order to use it for evil.
Secondly, the editing is on point, especially when he does Ginyu's body switch technique with Goku Black.
Thirdly, the matchup is rather silly as despite their similarities, it's clearly obvious who would win due to the huge gap in power levels between the characters. Not only that, Mutant God Captain Ginyu? 😂 That's a very funny name.
With the video's editing, humour and creativity, out of a score of 10, I will give this a 6
