Chapter seven : Hero
"I'm so sorry selina.." Daniel apologized while giving me a box that has a bow on top.
"no,its okay," I refused while pushing back the box to him, "atleast you know when my birthday is" I said in between laughs.
"Fine, but what else could I give you for your birthday?" he asked,
"Hmmm...how bout day off till tomorrow?" I answerd while giving my best smiles.
"NO!" He shouted sternly , making my smile morphing into a frown.
"Well, you asked for my birthday gift and you should give on what I said" I said in a childish voice while fake crying,
"Fine" he simply answered, "since its your birthday.." He trailed,
"yaay! so can I go out now?" I asked in a chirpy and happy voice.
He nodded and gestured me to the exit door.
I just laughed at myself on how stupid I was to know that tomorrow's my birthday.
As soon as I reached into the car, I got one text message from my phone.
'Hey girl!'
And again it was from an unknown number,
'and you are?'
I replied immediately,
'Its luke! Duh :p"
'Like, Luke Hemmings?'
'Yez -.-'
'Oh, hey luuuuke! Long time no talk?'
'Yeah, we barely see eachother you know! :P'
'Yeah, wanna hangout?'
'Sure! How bout right now, we're at the mall,with micheal, calum and their gf's'
'Aww sad, luke has no girlfriend :p haha anyways I'll be right there'

I turn off my phone and head inside the driver's seat. I started the engine and began driving to the mall.
As soon as I reached into the mall, I quickly parked it in the nearest parking space I saw.
I got off from my seat and head inside the mall, I didn't get to noticed that I was still wearing my work clothes.
Well I think I need to go shopping then, but first I need to search for luke and friends.
I turn on my phone and texted luke,
'Hey! Where are you?'
'Who are you?'
'selina :) duh :p'
'Oh :') lol, were here at starbucks'
'Got it,I'll be right there(:'
I quickly spotted starbucks and began walking into the entrance door, Then a long hand wave at the corner and realized it was luke.
I walked towards their table and gave them a warm welcoming smile.
