SHE:

At exactly 3:00 in the afternoon when my dad’s jet plane landed the Philippines.

I was a li’l bit, ugh, nervous, because I’ll be staying here.. ‘til everything goes alright. :/

For that reason, it’ll be a big burden for me since I got here on my own, not to mention my dad’s hired guards..

By the way, I was on my way to the food terminal of this area when I accidentally bumped, (actually, it was his fault, tsk..) into a mysterious, tall, and a person-who-looks-so-unhappy-sooo-much-with-his-life, and I dropped the things on my hand, including my phone, my glasses, and a can of soda.

I quickly picked up mine and apologized to the person in front of me, (with my British accent :D)

“I’m sorry, Mister. I did not intend to bump into you and…---”

He retrieved his shades and phone, and suddenly went away.

I was like --> @_@ ~.~

And he was just --> -_-

How awful!

My grandmom told me that Filipinos are hospitable and friendly..

But, oh gosh.. Is he an alien? Maybe he's not a Filipino at all.. :l

Hmp! What a day! :x

“Kakain pa sana ako, but now, I lost my appetite. I need some rest. Uuwi na lang ako sa cousins ko.. Hay.”

Yes, obviously, I do speak in Tagalog (I wish you could hear me speak. Hehe.), but not so fluent. I have stayed here in the country for almost 3 years; yet, I can hardly remember my Filipino lessons. :l

Meanwhile, I got into a taxi cab and directed the ‘Mamang’ driver to our rest house in Laguna.

“Ahm, Miss, do you sure you gotta go, go, go to Laguna? That will be so mahal if I drive you hanggang doon. Naku, dudugo ilong ko neto e..

I heard him whisper the last lines of what he has said. And I did understand him, too! Hihi.

“Manong, okay lang po. Just drive me ‘til there, and babayaran ko po ng buo. :'>” I told Manong with my tone of assurance.

“Jusmiyo, iha! Aba’y nagtaTagalog ka pala, pinahirapan mo pa ako kanina! Ala ey, sitbak en relaks, tara!”

“Sure, Manong.”I responded even actually, I didn’t understand clearly what he has said. XD

 ...

For almost two and a half hours, we got here in front of our house in Laguna – nothing has really changed. :”>

But, before I could get into my deeper imagination, Manong driver finally spoke up:

“Ineng, Php 726.75 pala lahat..”

“Oh heto, Manong.” I handed him a 1000-peso bill and waved goodbye. I could only express my gratitude to him by giving a large tip and a farewell smile.

“Salamat, Iha!”

“Walang anuman ho! :))”

Finally, I’m home. Thank God I arrived here, safe and sound :))

“Welcome home, May! Kumusta naman ang byahe?” bati ni Janikka, pinsan ko.

“Uy Jam, nakarating ka na pala, hindi ka man lang nagpasabi. Ehdi sana nasundo ka namin.”Eto pa si Nikko Jan, brother ni ate Nikka.

“Uhm, maayos naman po ‘yong byahe [not to mention Mr. Cloudy]. At saka, hindi na rin po ako nagpasabi for you not to be disturbed anymore..” sabi ko naman while putting my things beside the door.

Nikka: O_o

Nikko: o_O

“Is there something wrong?” Kinakabahan ako.

“Ah.. Eh.. Wala iha. Nabigla lang siguro mga pinsan mo kasi marunong ka ng magTagalog.. @_@”

Pati si Tita parang nabigla.

“Gosh! I thought may nasabi na akong mali. Hihi. [beso-beso with Tita Janice]. Uhm, si Tito Mike po pala?”

“Nasa work pa. Haynaku, Nikka, Nikko! Ayusin niyo na ‘yong tutuluyan ni Jamayka at ipaghanda niyo siya ng meryenda. (To me) Iha, maupo ka muna rito oh..” Kahit kalian talaga si Tita. :))

“Naku! Hindi na po, Tita. Kakakain ko lang po, tsaka, “May” (Mai) na lang po itawag niyo sa akin. =)”

“Sigurado ka, iha? O siya, tumuloy ka na roon sa itaas, sa dulong kwarto.. sa kwarto mo. :)”

“Thank you po. :D”

I lied. I did not eat ANYTHING from the airport, right? So I’ll be experiencing stomach thunderstorms later, ugh.

Umakyat na ako sa hagdan with my things. I missed the times, haaay. :l

Narating ko ‘yong dulo and I opened the door. You know, I did spend a lot of ‘em here eh.

Dumungaw naman ako sa window then a flashback visited my mind:

“Bakit?! Bakit ba kailangan mo pang umalis? Nakaiinis ka naman eh, masyado kang madaya…”

“Kailangan eh. Hindi ko naman mapilit sina Mommy. Hayaan mo, I’ll be back, promise.’

“Promise?”

And then, we hugged.

Ugghh. My head aches! May kasama raw akong bata that time, maybe of my age, too. I can hardly remember his face. Siguro, dala na rin ‘to ng accident that happened to me when I was only 10 years old. Haaay, mem’ries!!! :(
