The moment she heard the deep light voice drawling her name Christabel had known it was him... Alexander Williams... she had groaned in dismay, and now she gazed up at him in total shock.
For a long moment, she simply goggled at him like an idiot, unable to believe what her eyes has in front of her. He was here, towering over her. Alex the guy or rather the Gentleman from the other day. How on earth she got to recall his name so easily was what kept her speechless.
He was casually but impeccably dressed in a short-sleeved white shirt, a black suit to top it. A denim slipped through the loops, it's buckle a discreet silver rectangle resting on his tiny waist and his shirt flown out.
Abruptly she lifted her head, her dark eyes roamed over his face. His black hair was cut short, with a side parting. He was handsome with a light colour skin.
She gazed up at him, numb with shock. Christabel and Alex never got to meet again not until now.

"Christabel". He said her name again. "surely you have not forgotten me".
On several occasions, Alex had been attending Art classes; he wouldn't like every other days, hoping to see her again but he never did. He realized he never had the fortitude to ask her on their first encounter of her contact, address or some kind of rendezvous, so he virtually gave up on ever meeting her not until now.

"Of course not, Alex. But where did you come from?" She demanded. Realising she had just asked a dumb question.

"I have searched for you everywhere, but all in vain". He knew he had only searched and waited for her in the class they met since that was the only place he could think of based on the fact that they had only met that day for the first time. "I was thinking you are also an Art student, probably a course mate i never got to know".

"Well maybe, anyway, i am an Art student and have been off for some weeks..took ill but am fine now"

"Alright..but how come i never really gets to see you in class or anywhere around?".

"Well maybe because i always get to take the front seats" she answered quickly." Sorry, but i have got to go. Bye". walking as fast as she could to be far from him to avoid other topics popping up.
He just stood still, contemplating whether or not to go after her but rather he stood watching her until she went completely out of sight.
'What is this feeling', he asked himself...
