Cole POV

---------------

Figures lie hopelessly on the ground. It's degrading. To think something like this could actually happen. I look around and gaze at the lifeless bodies. It's too much.

I knew this would happen. A massacre. The person in front of me flickered between my eyes. Too many people were crowding towards me. My eyes shot up. Crying tears of blood. The more they slid down the person's cheeks. Destruction reigned. Building, fire, blood. Massacre. Screaming, crying.

My eyes screamed open. I was sweating as liquid raced down my cheek. I hyperventilated.

"What the heck?" I look around. Tears slid down my cheeks.

"You finally up?" I look to my right. Garnet?

Her voice is muffled. "Are you crying?"

No. Faith.

"Come on! Rooky summoned you!" We walked down the training halls and something seemed different.

Rooky on the ground, lifeless, motionless. What is this? Bloodshed?

"We're going to go back soon." Faith stated. I stared at her in awe. Tears started to escape her eyes.

"Can you believe that its only been a day and this has happened?" Faith questioned.

I looked around and winced as I gazed at all the lifeless bodies hanging in the distance. My eyes were only hung on one person though. Garnet. Boomerang in hand, mouth hanging wide open, blood gushing, no flowing through her rib cage.

"GARNET!!!!!!!!"

Faith placed her hand in front me in recognition to stop. I didn't care. I removed her hand and dashed over to Garnet. She was gasping as I picked her up.

"Come on... hang in there you're going to be fine!!!!!"

She coughed up blood and grabbed my arm to speak.

"I'm sory, but ye know I'm not that strong. Go get em, tiger." With that last breath, Garnet's eyes faintly closed.

The present was dawning on me. It's happening again.

I grab Faith's hand and started dragging her back. It's too much. I covered my face so nobody would see me cry. I promised since that day, I swore to never be vulnerable again.

I lied.

Why won't they leave me alone? I sprinted down the filthy hallway and my way into the much worse bathroom.

"Hey!!! stupid!!!! Come on!!! We just want to play!!" A voice echoed.

I can't move. I'm too scared. I heard the sound of kicking stalls down. I panicked and looked for a way to escape.

A window! I made my way up and pivoted my leg through the window shaft.

"Look! he's up there!!"

I gasped and fell through the window, arms and legs aching.

I looked up and winced. My eyes widened as they started following me.

I dashed to the nearest escape route.a

"You're not getting anywhere with your repetitive running!!!"

I face planted in a puddle of mud. I've had enough. I clenched my fists and carefully tried getting up.

The guys surrounded me and started kicking me in the ground.

"You're just trash! Why do you even try!!", he spat out.
