Here's a tender moment between siblings Leif and Hadrix. Despite Hadrix acting like a dunce most of the time and all the pranks he pulls, when push comes to shove he genuinely cares about his sister. Hadrix may even help Leif with her position as Empress one day, but we'll see what the future holds for him. The relationship between Hadrix and Leif is slightly based on my relationship with my oldest brother who inspired Hadrix's sense of humor. Of course I can't help but see myself within all of my characters, and picking favorites is out of the question.

She will definitely be pivotal in the plot of the future stories and actually despite Manx being the main character, Leif is at the center of the stories. It was because of Leif becoming Empress that Manx was freed from the dungeon. Despite being small for a dragon Leif's heart, her courage, and her passion make her pivotal to the plot. Against all the odds and trials of ruling a world she inherited through the murder of her mentor, Leif does her best to fix the mistakes of the Empress before her and bring about a new era.
