"hey baby." jungkook whispered as taehyung answered his call. "hey." tae mumbled as a yawn escaped his lips.
"you really are tired." jungkook chuckled at his boyfriends tired state.
"told you." taehyung giggled tiredly as he laid on his back on his bed, stretching resulting in his body making loud cracking noises.
jungkook smiled to himself and shook his head. "should we talk until you fall asleep?" the younger boy asked and taehyung nodded, then he realized his boyfriend couldn't see him.
"yeah, id love to fall asleep listening to your voice." taehyung smiled softly as he snuggled into his bed alone.
"that's sweet of you to say tae tae but i love your voice more." jungkook said making his boyfriend let out an unattractive snort.
"whatever you liar."
the younger scoffed and rolled his eyes. "baby your voice is fucking beautiful. like its so deep and soothing and unique and i love it more than i love my reflection."
this time the older boy scoffed at what the other boy said. "really kook? you couldn't think of anything else?" he questioned tiredly and heard a tiny giggle on the other end.
"nope, it was the first thing that came to mind." the boy said and taehyung rolled his eyes.
"why do i like you?"
"i don't know, you tell me."
jungkook smiled softly as he waited for his boyfriend to go on and on about how much he likes him.
"you first." taehyung whispered shyly and jungkook chuckled. "okay.."
"i like you because you're kind. you're sweet and cute and i love it when you smile at me. i like you because your laugh makes me happy and because when we touch it feels right. i like you because no matter what happens between us we always find a way to forgive each other. i like you because when i need someone to talk to you're always there for me. i like you because you make me feel completed. im no longer half a person because i found my other half and that's you."
jungkook smiled when he heard his boyfriends soft snores on the other end of the phone call.
"i like you because i love you and i had to notice that i liked you before i could notice that i completely fell in love with you." he continued.
"i guess you can tell me why you like me some other time... goodnight baby, i love you."
and then the call ended.
