When the the sun sets in the east and the night devours the sky
When the rainbow reappears after the Heaven's cry
The rose petals on the ground that you take for a sign
Would appear before your feet if you follow this vine
Had I known you were hurting, I would've made it on time
Maybe if I did, you wouldn't have had to commit a hideous crime
You had love for everyone, but not even an inch for your own
Now what's left are the memories of your battles alone
Battles that we could have shared if I were just around
To tell you that you had me, would it have made you keep your ground
For every moment you spent in a corner, shedding a tear
For things that barely mattered, for those that you fear
If I could turn back time, I would've never let you go
I would've protected you even when you said no
But now that you're on your way to travel to another world
Here's one final request from the one who misses you the most
I am happy that your gone, and no, I will not mourn
Since it is through your failures that a stronger version of me was born.
Sincerely,
a metamorph.

Non-FictionPreviously the Cauldron of anxiety and fears. Instead of a rubbish bin for all of my rants and despair, I figured I'd make this a collection of random things I made trying to overpower my inner demons. So yeah, basically still a rubbish bin.
