Chapter Four: Surprise?

Tim Urban is gonna be in this chapter too. But dont worry hopefully he will be gone if you dont like him, im not sure, well see how this chapter turns out.. anywayyyyy here weee go!!

also i mention blood type's i have no idea if it is rare or not, just bare with me

so i changing it. &&&&&&&&& means that time has passed, i dont know why the other on turned out like a box, it was supposed to be a star.....

I tripped and fell and of course we were on the edge of the balcony I fell right down into the bushes. Right as I hit the ground blacked out.

All I can remember is dancing at that resturaunt and slipping, and now I have this horrid pain in my arm. I look to see where I was and i recognized it immediatly, a hospital. With the damp walls and dark hallways, oh yes I knew exactly where I was. I looked over to the little chairs that they set p for friends and family, if you have any. I saw Tim and Demi sleeping, more like snoring.

How do they stand that? i thought. I groaned in pain and Tim rubbed his eyes, saw that I had woken up, and ran to my bedside.

"Are you okay, do you know what happened" he asked me.

"No, all I remember is that I fell. What happened after that, and why is my arm all wrapped up and hurt so badly." I said, demanding answers.

"Well I think you were dancing, I'm not really sure what you were doing, and you slipped and fell on your dress off the balcony and on the way down and cut your arm on a tree branch." He said. So thats why my arm hurts, I thought. "You also lost alot of blood." he said.

"Well do I have enough blood in me? I have never met anyone with the same blood type as me, its very rare." I said proudlyish. I was still trying to impress him when I was in a hospital bed.

"Well yes someone did donate blood to you." He said, sort of weirdly.

"What?" I was really confused, "Who?"

"Um me." He said, half smiling.

"Uh we have the same blod type? Cool......" Well this is getting awkward.

"When they found out what blood type I was they wanted to do some tests, I hope thats okay, you were out cold so I didn't bother asking you." He said, a little fidegety. "And they came back to me with this paper." he said, shoving the paper into my hands, rather hastilly.

The paper read:

"McKenna Ruth Miller is confirmed Blood Type A positive. Timothy Joseph Urban is confirmed Blood Type A positive."

"Okayyyyy, how is this important?" I asked. "Keep reading" he said, biting his nails.

"It is also 99.6% positive that McKenna Ruth Miller is the twin sister of Timothy Joseph Urban."

"What?!?" i screamed, "This cant be right, this isnt right. How is this possible?" I asked, wanting answers.

"Well let me explain, When I was born, i was supposed to have a twin, you, born with me. But when they brought us both down to the baby room thing they came back and told my mom that one of her twins died. Well what really happened was the baby that your mom had died and you got switched with her or something and so my mom thought that you had died. So really you are my sister." He finished, "Welcome to the family!!" he said as he gave me a big bear hug.

'Ow!" I screamed, "Arm"

"Oh gosh I'm sorry I totally forgot, should I get a doctor or something?"

"No, I'm okay"

Demi had to leave the hospital before us to avoid papparazzi and now it was ou turn to leave. We open the hospital doors and tons of Tim Urban fans were waiting for him. He went to sign some autographs and I just stood there awkwardly to the side, until one girl came up to me.

"You're dating Tim, arent you. You are such a slut you a probably just dating him because he is famous you slut! He is mine, he will always choose his fans before you, you whore!! Now leave him alone!!" She was screaming at me and she shoved me and as I fell to the ground as I screamed.

Tim came running over and was screaming, "What did you do?" he helped me up and said "Everyone get away, she is mine" as we walked into car. All the girls had confused look except the girl who pushed me.

"Sorry about that" he said as we got into the car, "My fans are a little.. ummm crazy"

"It's okay" I said. I grabbed my phone and checked twitter trending topics. Of course, the trending topics are as follows:

Tim Urban; Tim Urban's Girlfriend; Who's the whore; That Slut.

I laughed and Tim looked over my shoulder. 'Don't worry about them, they don't mean it" he said. 'No, its okay. I have trending topics about me!!"

"Let's make them go crazy" He tweeted a pic of us and tagged me:

"@TimUrbanMusic: chillin w/ my fav girl in the world @KennaMiller"

(A/N The interviewers name is Gemma Howw. G=Gemma and T=Tim and M=McKenna so I dont have to write their names a bajillion times)

G: Now who is this girl in this picture you tweeted? You got very jellous after a fan pushed her down.

T: Naw, I'm just protective.

G:So you are dating her?

T: (Laughing his butt off) No were not dating. In fact she is here with me, come here McKenna

M: Uhh hi (I said very nervously going to sit down by Tim)

G: So are you dating Tim?

M: Uhh no, we are not dating.

G: For some reason I can't believe you....

M: Um well he is my brother so that would be kinda weird..... (Opps!)

(audience gasps)

G: Tim are you saying that you have kept this sister hidden to the world until just now?

T: No, its a long story, but the doctor just told us last week that she was my twin sister.

G: Well you heard it here first Tim Urban has a twin sister!!! Well that's all for now, with me Gemma Howw. Tune in next week to see the five dreamy boys from Britian, One Direction

"and were clear" some random guy said.

M: Um acually one of them is from Irelan you know.

G: I don't care, there hot and Harry is my age, not get out of my way. (She pushed me to get out of the way)

So my dad is making me go to bed but I wanted to post this anyway cause I love you all. Anyway this will be *hopefully* the last time I mention One Direction, maybe, maybe not I havent decided yet. Anyways, lemme know what you think
