"Did you enjoy the swim?" Lucas asks. I don't fail to notice Rico's annoyance that he's trying hard to mask seated on the sun lounger next to his brother. His eyes are covered in the black shades as he types something on his Mac looking highly detached from the surroundings."I sure did." I smile taking a seat next to Sergei while Natasha crawls next to Rico who in turn looks away from the Mac and flashes a heartwarming soft smile in her direction. My heart twists with an unknown emotion inside me. Something kicks through me and digging my handbag to bring out the sunscreen, I turn to Sergei. "Do you mind doing my back?"
"I'd be a fool to pass such fascinating offers." He jokes, making others laugh as he takes the bottle from my hand. My eyes drift to Selena who grins showing a thumbs up. I notice Rico's jaw tightening. Serves him good for behaving like an ass. "Lie on your front," Sergei instructs opening the bottle.
"Um, how about we go change first?" Natasha interrupts.
"Sure. Let's go." I shrug, picking my bag. "I have no idea where the changing rooms are though."
"It's okay. I do. Come, I'll show you."
I am tying the strings of my bikini bottom when Natasha appears from behind the curtains in the changing room.
"You tan so easy, girlfriend." She murmurs in an appreciative tone, adjusting her bra as she stares at herself in the full-length mirror in front of her. "The light tan looks good on your skin actually. Gives the golden goddess from the Egyptian era kinda vibes."
"Really? Wow, thanks." I let out a soft laugh, scanning my arms that are a shade darker than my normal shade. The light bronze tan does look good. "Yours don't look bad either. They're the perfect Mediterranean tan. I was surprised to know you're not one."
"Ah, yes. I am a proud Irish. It's a whole different thing that I've never been to Ireland not even once in my life. But I do hold a profound love for men from my land."
"Jamie Dornan? Niall Horan?"
"Dornan all the way, dude. Fanning my vagina." She whistles and we laugh. She grabs her large handbag to bring out her phone that has started ringing. "Shit. I'll have to rush back to my suite. I completely forgot about this. You'll be fine on your own?"
"Sure. No problem. Go ahead. Could you please send Selena?"
"Absolutely." She smiles. "It was great meeting you, Juliette. I am not sure if I'll be free until evening to meet you again and then I am leaving. But we can catch up in New York?"
"Without a doubt." This time I hug her. "It was great meeting you too, Natasha. I'll call you once I am in NY and we can catch up over drinks."
"Perfect. Bye. Enjoy the wedding." She waves before answering the call. "Yes, dammit. No need to repeatedly call me. Now, wait for me to reach my suite so I can check the details. Do you have the team with you?" She speaks, walking out of the door but not before blowing me an air kiss.
