KydRebel v. The World

Goddess Of Magic

For the rest of the week Kenzie and I hid from every camera in the city that we could see. After the incident at the hospital everyone has been talking about new superheroes in Los Angeles.

Before I go out in the world trying to save people being a superhero I need to understand my powers. All of my spell's so far are just simple things that won't cause much destruction. 

My spell book in starting to show hidden text by somebody name ''Isis'' and when I did the research on her name I found out about the ''Egyptian Goddess''.

Isis the goddess of magic who was married to the god Osiris the first mummy. I showed Kenzie who responded with a sentence that's had me thinking all day '' What if we are goddess' like Isis'' and to be honest think we might be.

Ever since the incident my body has been radiating some kind of energy and when I asked my science teacher ''Mr. Brooks'' he said the only place that kind of energy has been found is near the moon by a astronaut who went to space and never returned.

He gave me the number of one of his friends who he said could help me in some kind of way. So this morning before Kenzie woke up I left the house grabbing my bookbag and tried out one of the spell's I'd written in my spell book.

When I wrote down my spell's I wrote them all in Spanish so that way Kenzie wouldn't go around snooping in my spell book. I treat my spell book like a diary carrying it around everywhere I go so no normal person can do anything crazy.

''El portal'' I said opening a portal hoping it would take me to the place I needed to go. After I opened the portal in the backyard my dog Bella must of heard because she came running accidentally going threw.

I ran after Bella picking him up and discovering myself on the top of a NASA building that looked really secure. I reopened the portal throwing him through with him ending up at my house safe.

I placed my hood over my head and jumped off of the building landing with the classic superhero landing. A guard turned his attention to me and I froze thinking about the best possible thing to do. He pointed his gun at me and started shooting at me which didn't turn out well for him. 

The bullets bounced off of my skin not causing me any pain and I approached him using another one of my spell's ''patada mágica'' kicking him across the NASA facility with my foot hitting the side of his face.

After a series of fights with guards I entered the building looking for the office of the woman that my teacher recommended me to. I entered her office with my hood on hiding my face and started '' My teacher said you can figure out what kind of energy my body is emitting''. 

She looked at me and went to her door closing it ''My name is Marie Johnson'' she said changing form with a flash of light transforming into a tall black woman with braids wearing a ''Trasher'' tee.

''Who are you'' I asked her confused still shocked about her transformation. ''My name is Marie Johnson the goddess of war'' she said stretchering out her hand. I shook her had '' Can you explain?'' I asked holding my head in confusion.

''Before time itself itself these beings of pure energy known as the StormWatchers created a entire multiverse of gods'' she said. 

''So how did I just suddenly get these powers?'' I asked still confused. 

''Your different my cousin Adonis asked me to come to Earth and randomly choose humans to become gods'' she said. 

''Why does he need more gods if they're a whole multiverse of gods'' I asked.

''Other than me and my friend Precious us gods hate humans because of how stupid you guys are compared to us'' said Marie smirking like it was a common fact.

''So he told me to choose humans because you must have some sympathy for what's happening to this planet'' said Marie.

''What's happening'' I asked her in confusion.

''There's a Omega Level goddess by the name Kamryn Skyy attacking New York City at this very moment and a friend of mine estimates that she'll be dropping Nukes on every country in the entire world in a few months after she gets control of the US'' she said shaking her head.

Suddenly Kenzie appeared out of a beam of light through the door looking drained. She lost balance almost falling but I caught her. 

''Damn how much energy did you just use?'' said Marie shaking her head at Kenzie.

''Open a portal'' said Marie.

''Where too?'' I asked. 

''Your bedroom'' said Marie as I opened the portal without asking why.

We jumped through the portal ending up in my bedroom seeing that someone has been here.

''Who's been here?'' I asked after resting Kenzie's head on a pillow as she laid on my bed.

''My cousin doing us a favor'' said Marie.

''KnightWolf Online'' said Marie.

Suddenly a strange robotic voice answered with ''Transform? Ms.Johnson''.

''Yeah'' said Marie as my bedroom started transforming into some kind of laboratory.

That's when I realized what was happening I was becoming a superhero.

In the new high tech lab that had came from my room was five glass cases and inside were crazy cool pieces of armor.

The first was entitled ''KydRebel'' a armor consisting of a short hoplite skirt along with a cross crop top with the letters ''K'' and ''R'' right next to each other forming a logo. The armor was black with bright pink highlights. Inside the glass case also was a pair of escrima sticks and the armor kept on shifting back between a cloak and it's original state. 

The second armor was full body armor even covering the wears neck the same color as the ''KydRebel'' armor being entitled ''KydStar''. The letters ''K'' and S'' formed a logo on the middle of the armor. This armor has a strange difference though it had a large star around the logo. The glass case also included a sleeveless glove.

The last armor was entitled ''KydWave'' with full body armor like the ''KydStar'' armor with the letters ''K'' and ''W'' forming a emblem. The glass case also included a with the cool hairs on the top.

Marie walked over to the armor case entitled ''KydWave'' and opened the case putting on the armor ''Cool beans'' she said.

Kenzie got up out of bed somehow instantly recovering running toward the ''KydStar'' glass case leaving me with the ''KydRebel'' armor. 

I reached into the case grabbing the cloak throwing it over my shoulders as it suddenly transformed into it's armor state.

My clothing suddenly vanished as the armor took it's place and out of the sudden my body felt supercharged.

I picked up the escrima sticks which suddenly started sparking with some kind of strange lightning. It was more powerful than regular lightning but has a calmer feeling to it. 

Kenzie put on her armor and started transforming into light circling around the room. Marie smiled and started causing things to levitate around the room.

''Hold up'' I said as the both stopped. ''What are we the goddess' of Marie?'' I asked as Kenzie started flipping out over the word goddess.

''Kenzie your the goddess of stars with the ability to control light'' she said as Kenzie started screaming. ''Issa your the goddess' of magic with the ability to control not only magic but cosmic lightning'' she said.
