CHAPTER 4

{RECAP}
{MYSTERIOUS PAIR P.O.V}
Those Fairy brats won't stand a chance against our mighty fangs and claws. We will be number one and with the Heartfilia name beside us or completely under our control, we will take this world by storm. Both of those once powerful names will be nothing but a shell of their former selves.

{LUCY P.O.V}

Natsu and I walked down the empty hall in an eerie silence. All that was on my mind, and most likely Nastu's as well, was what we heard at the bottom of the stairs. Even though, I was unable to fully wrap my mind around the situation I had a gut feeling it was Sabertooth. The biggest clue being "Those Fairy brats won't stand a chance against our mighty fangs and claws" if that didn't scream Sabertooth I don't know what does.

It's only the first day and the other mafias are already plotting against me and Fairy Tail, and here I thought they would have waited till at least tomorrow before they started doing anything. Another thing that is bugging me is the fact they think Natsu actually cares about me.

The only reason the pink haired freak even puts up with me is cause he knows I could do some serious damage if he were on the Heartfillia's bad side . For example, if i had a gun to my head Natsu wouldn't do anything due to the fact he'd be the one holding it to my head, not being a knight in shining armor busting through the door just in time to save me.

As I look up trying to get a since of where we are, I see the girls restroom coming into view.

"Wait here." I say to Natsu as I walk into the girls restroom and get some wet paper towels to wipe the marker off his face. I also splash some water into my face to help me pull myself together a little as well as fix my hair, which was messed up due to the winds on the roof.

When I get back into the hall, the wet paper towel dripping on the floor a tiny bit, Natsu is grumbling under his breath and tapping his foot impatiently on the clean tile floor.

"Can you please sit down your too tall for me to be able to clean your face properly."

He heaves a huge irritated sigh and walks over to the wall and throws himself down. I also give a tittle sigh gingerly walking over and gracefully setting myself down in front of  his crossed legs. Putting my hand under his chin I and start to wipe the marker off, with some difficulty now and then. I feel Natsu's black eyes searching my face wanting to make eye contact, but I was not going to let that happen.

Taking a deep beneath and releasing it I decide to bring up what we heard at the bottom of the stairs.

"Do you have the same idea as I do of who was saying those kinds of things at the end of the staircase?"

"Of cause I do! You'd have to be a complete idiot to not know it's Sabertooth."

"It very interesting seeing you call someone else stupid cause in all truth your no smarter." I say while giving a weak smirk.

He just grumbles some more Turing his head to the left side.

"Don't do that!" I command as I turn his head straight again.  I only have to finish cleaning his nose up then he'll back to his fully ugly self.

"You're all cleaned up." I state as I get back to my feet heading to the garbage bin, and throwing the wet marker stain paper towel away.
