{RECAP}
The group of fairies and tigers' eyes bulged out of their heads as they stared at the astonishing sight.
"How are you here?" Multiple people in the group whisper to themselves.
{3rd PERSON P.O.V.}
Standing before the group was...
The Celestial Spirit King
He was the leader of the Constellation Gang, when Lucy wasn't around, which honestly is most of the time. For most it was one of them, this was one of the very few, if not first, times to lay eyes one the Celestial Spirit King.
The base of the Constellation Gang is in a very remote and disclosed location, so it was no surprise why he hardly left. The trip from there to Magnolia took around 2 weeks.
Another reason that he hardly left their HQ was because he didn't mingle with others. He either requested for your presence and you'd be set up some kind of meeting in his office or remote location. If he didn't think that you were worthy enough to meet in person, though, then he would exchange letters with you or simply ignore you altogether.
But quite frankly it also wasn't really a big question on why he never really showed himself to the public. One of the reasons had to do with his very large height and broad shoulders, that'd made you wonder how he even got through the restaurant door in the first place. Another reason, that was quite clear to the group, as to why the leader of their gang was so anti-social is that his mustache seemed to be growing out of his nose!! As well as the fact that the baseball cap, which was grey and grayish blue and had a big, bright, yellow star right in the center, that he was wearing was too small for his head. This caused the hair to shoot out of the sides, kind of reminding you of a squished sandwich.
"What are you doing here you hardly ever leave HQ?!?!" Lucy screamed slightly, in a voice an octave higher than her usual one, at the man standing in front of her booth.
"Well, I hear that you were back in town and thought it would be nice to come and visit one of my dear friends." The Celestial Spirit King says, his deep, gruff voice semi-echoing through the almost empty restaurant.
"As lovely and sweet as that is, I don't believe that is your reason as to why you decided you wanted to come out of your cave." Lucy replied slightly arching her eyebrow.
"Fine, you got me old friend that isn't the main reason I decided to drop by..." Silence fell upon the group as they watched the tall man straighten his posher and clear his throat.
"There has been word floating around that a busty woman with a scaley looking pencil skirt, seashell bra type top, and long wavy blue hair has been seen around the area. I had some of the members look into it, and they said that there have been multiple witnesses all with the same descriptions and some even said that they talked to her..."
The uneasy silence still hung in the air as he continued to explain his findings.
"Lucy, I think Aquarius is still alive..."
"But that can't be possible... I saw her sink! She risked her life to save mine!! And as much as I wish that she were still with us I KNOW that there is just no logical way for her to be..." Lucy's eyes welled with tears as she spoke the harsh truth.
