Bumping into them.

Phoebe's POV

I watch as Dylan walks out of the room with Griselda, then I turn back to Faragonda to see has a sort of serious face on.

"Yes headmistress Faragonda, what is it that you would like to speak to me about?" I question her. Faragonda stands up and leans over her desk which her hands her hands are placed on.

"I just have to talk to you about Dylan and ask a few questions" She gives me a look as in asking if the topic is alright to speak about, so I nod letting her know it's ok.

"Yeah I'll answer them to the best of my knowledge and abilities"

"So how and where did you find Dylan" I think about it for about ten seconds.

"Actually come to think of it, he found me in the north of Magix, he had egged my car when I haha made him wash all of it hahahaha" I start bursting out in laughter when I recall that.

"Ok where'd we get the eggs from or did he bring them with him?" She realises the same thing i did.

"He said he he accidentally froze and smashed a chicken but before he froze it, it laid an egg out of fright, then when he saw my car he thought about egging it and the egg in his hand suddenly started glowing and it multiplied." I answered trying to remember what he said properly.

"Ok so he can either conjure or duplicate which means if he can duplicate he needs to have some sort of mind power. Do we have any ideas as to what he is?" We stare at each other in deep thought.

"Not really even know that his energy feels like something that is impossible, right?" Faragonda looks confused.

"What do you mean his energy?" Now I'm the one looking confused.

"His magical energy it's quite strong and positive, can't you sense it?" She just shakes her head in response. "Oh it's so strong I thought you had must of sensed it" she shakes her head again.

"Well what do you mean when you say his magical energy is quite strong and positive and when did you first start sensing his energy?"

"I mean his enegry is like Bloom's but much stronger and colder? I think that's what I felt, coldness and a hint of the calming essance of water. I first started sensing his energy when, the bridge from Magix to here collapsed, oh yeah that reminds me, that spell needs to be recasted because it ran past its expiry date" She glares out at telling me I'm babbling. "So anyways I sensed his energy when he used his magic to freeze time and levitated, well he made a tornado that levitated us to safety." She is continuously blinking dumbfounded.

"He did what?"

"He froze time a levitated us to safety, when my magic didn't even work" I say so casually.

"So he must be powerful, very powerful and his magic must be related to either time or ice" She says, mainly speaking to herself but she said it out loud.

"Umm headmistress?" She looks at me lettimg me know she's listening. "You do realise that Dylan needs a guardian's permission to stay here and he doesn't even know who his parents are." After a little while of thinking, her facial expression shows she has an idea.

"Well then I'll just have to adopt him if that's alright with him of course." A huge smile slowly grows on my face, I'm smiling because Dylan is staying but it is a slow one becasuse it's a little weird of the headmistress possibly adopting him.

"But he will have to learn and train with you and the Winx, I'll change the Winx's and yours timetables to fit Dylan's."

"Ok that is a good idea and if Dylan can get to know the Winx they could help us and protect him if need be." Faragonda just nods in agreement.
