Chapter 1 - Prologue

Imagine knowing this girl. She's always happy, confident, bubbly. You loved that about her. You loved that even though slushies were being thrown in her face she was out going. Nothing stopped her. You admired that about her. You admired so many other things about her. Heck, you just admired her!

You barely noticed her changing. She got quieter and quieter. Her smiles faded and her eyes lost their glow. Her walk lost it's skip and her laugh lost it's trueness. She quit singing in glee club. Soon enough she just quit glee. She stopped wearing her usual attire. She started wearing sweat pants and sweat shirts. You barely noticed her changing, but you wish you did.

You used to see her all the time. Used to have conversations with that beautiful voice. Now, you barely see her. You only have a shred memory of her voice. But you remeber her name and there is no possible way you will forget that name. That name belongs to the girl who flipped your whole world upside down.

It's not like she doesn't talk to any one. She talks to people just not you. She talks to the stoners and the sellers. The exact people she shouldn't talk to. She doesn't even steal glances with you any more. All this for one reason.

She is the train wreck everyone leaves alone. She wasn't like always like this, but she took a turn for the worst during the summer before Junior year. Downwards spiral.

You get pissed when people are all happy and act like she's happy. She's not and you know it. It pisses you off even more your ignoring her sadness too. You just stepped back and let her do her thing. Well her thing exactly is drugs, alcohol, sex, well must I continue? Hey it's not your fault you stepped back. Right? She is the train wreck everyone leaves alone. Wrong! It is your fault and you know it.

So, don't give the crap that everyone is ok. We're all in the same game; just different levels. Dealing with the same hell; just different devils. Don't think that someone is perfect no one is perfect. Everyone has demons.

We are all searching for someone whose demons play well with ours. That's how you might find a "perfect" soul mate.

But like said before NO ONE is perfect. Why? Well...
