Ladybug is that you." she turned around and faced me. "miss. Karlie, I haven't seen you in the longest."

I knew her because she used to always come to get her granddaughter from the pre-school I worked at.

"Daddy." I heard little footsteps coming from the hallway. She stopped her self from running to her dad and looked at me.

"LADYBUG!" She yelled making me laugh. "Pooh!" I yelled back. "move dad I ladybug." she pushed Dave and he did a dramatic fall and started fake crying. She look back and shrugged.

"Gmom lookt. its wadybug. " she ran and hugged me. "Pooh I missed you. You so big now." I put her back down

"How you know Kairi and my mom?"

"I used to work at Kairi's pre-school"

"Dad member her give me this." she held up the Winnie the Pooh bear I brought her, for her second birthday. "You still got that." She nodded. "Oh, so you is who she used to talk about when I would pick her from my mom." He snapped his fingers.

"Yeah."

"I go with you." Kairi tapped my leg. "Can I go with you?" I turned around. "Yeah, can I go with you." She nodded. "Go ask your dad." Dave was talking to his mom when Kairi went over and tapped his leg. "Daddy. daddy." She went from tapping his leg to hitting it as hard as she could. "Daddy answer me." She continued to hit him. "Oh my god." She fell out on the floor and crossed her arms.

Dave looked at her and shrugged. "Mom look." He pointed to Kairi who was crying in her hands. "Dave answer her." I started to laugh. "No, she didn't give me a hug so she can't talk to me." He walked around her and sat on the couch. Kairi climbed on the couch and hugged dave for like three seconds.

"That was not long enough. I don't think you missed me." Dave smiled when she hugged him and started kissing his cheek, over and over again. He stood up and picked her up too."I go with ladybug?" She pointed at me. "Yeah, you can go with her.

" I watched as she danced in Dave's arms. "So you're the boy that my son keeps telling me about? Always running out of here all early to come home for you?" I looked at her confused.

"Oh no Ms. Karlie me and Dave not together."

"I know I'm talking about Ihmer. For the past four months, I've only seen him a few times you taking my baby from me." I smiled. "I'll tell him to come to see you." She shook her head. "Milly you ready." Dave walked over. "That's not her name it's um... What is your name again? Oh yeah, its wady bug daddy that's her name." Dave started laughing.

"OK OK, ladybug you ready."

"Yeah see you miss. karlie." I hugged her before walking to the car with Kairi. "You my daddy girlfriend?" Kai leaned forward in her seat. "No. How the hell you know what a girlfriend is." Dave looked back at her.

"Because in school this boy asked me if I would be his girlfriend. So I told him I do not know what the ting is. He said it's when a boy and girl love each other they kiss and then they boyfriend and girlfriend. He said he can buy me anything I want him had some money in his pocket."
