i grabbed my journal from my desk before sitting on my bed. wrapping myself in my shawl, grabbing my pen and settling in to write to my princess cordelia.
what a splendid day it has been my dear cordelia. this morning, the sun rose filling the sky with the most beautiful colours. reds, purples and pink galore. i wished i could capture the sky in a bottle and send it to you my darling. then i had the most scrumptious breakfast with mathew talking about our hopes and dreams. then i set off to school, we had math but that didn't ruin my day. gil kept on trying to talk to me but diana kept on stealing me away from him. diana looked so pretty today i say. she had the most exquisite ribbon tying her back silky locks together. lunch was more enjoyable than ever before because that mean josie pye wasn't here today. according to ruby, she's ill but i think she's just bunking off. anyhow today has be so wonderfully glorious and i hope the best for tomorrow
