Cabot:another goliath is prowling shear we need to take it out.
Lazarus:so the usual then?

Jack: how are you guys so calm about this?!
Cabot:we've been hunting for years you'll get used to it Jack.
Jack:if you say so Sir
Bucket:goliath spotted drop now.
Cabot:thanks bucket
Bucket: good luck sir!
The doors open our four hunters fall through spotting the goliath running through the trees as they land.
Cabot:hold up
Hyde:what is it I want get to killin'
Cabot:is it me or is that a big goliath
Lazarus: let me check
As he looked down at his wrist tech (don't know what it's called) his eyes became as big as skillets.
Jack: W-what is it?
Lazarus:it's already stage three.....
Cabot:that's impossible the contract info said that they witnessed it come out of its egg not even an hour ago.
Hyde:so we must kill it quickly then?
Cabot: ye-
*beep* *beep* *beep*
Cabot looked down at his tech, eyes widening in shock.
Cabot:GET TO THE POWER RELAY NOW!
All of them startted running, occasionally boosting, toward the power relay as the goliath was attacking it with abnormal aggression. As they neared it the beeping stopped.
Hyde:why did it stop?
As they enter the area they didn't spot the goliath anywhere.
Jack:W-where is it?
Cabot:I don't know.... Hyde keep a look out, Jack have dome at the ready, Lazarus come with me to examine the damage.
As they spread out for their respective jobs, Hyde patrolling, Jack sitting in the center ready for anything, and Cabot and Lazarus looking the power relay over.
Lazarus:hmm thus doesn't look like a Goliath did it.... it looks like a behemoth did it....
Cabot: so you're telling me there are multiple monsters out there?
Lazarus:afraid so Cabot...
Jack was sitting waiting humming a tune his mother used to hum him at night. Until he heard a growl in the darkness
Jack:uhh Cabot I think I just heard a growl
Cabot:now is not the time for your jokes Jack.
Growl
Jack:ok scratch that I hear like five just then
Cabot:Jack stop it's not funny.
Jack:I'm not trying to be funny! I'm being completely serious there is multiple growls coming from over there!
Cabot has never seen Jack this serious before so he decided to trust him.
Cabot:ok. Hyde! With me!
Hyde:what is it
Cabot:Jack says he is hearing multiple growls from over here.
As they procced to move closer they hear it too.
Cabot: ther is definitely somethi-
*BOOM*
A behemoth came crashing through the wall next to the doorway.
Hyde: OH SHI-
Hyde was hit by the beast sending him backwards hitting the power relay knocking him out but not before puncturing a hole in his gas tank.
Cabot:HYDE N-
He wasn't able to finish his statement before being slammed next to Hyde by the Goliath they were chasing before hand. Lazarus came to there aid trying to release his healing burst but couldn't as a Kraken shocked him shorting out his equipment.
Jack was left alone watching in horror as his teammates were being tossed around like dad dolls. The goliath was about to strike Cabot again but luckily Jack finally came to his senses and used his repulors to hold it back. Saving his boss, but also giving away his position. The three in front of Jack just stood still confusing him. Until he heard a shrill screech from behind him. Turning as fast as possible he caught a glimpse of a wraith and a Gorgon before being tossed across the room hitting Hyde waking hi m up.
Hyde:uhh what happened....Oh....right
Hyde went to lift his flamethrower but the spark hit the gas that was leaking out of his tank exploding the power relay as well as everything in the room.....
As the smoke cleared all that was seen was a slight glimmer as something closed...
So yes no? Was it good was it shit? I'm banking on the fact that it was shit but who knows. Anyways I'm probably gonna pump out another one or two of these before hitting the hay as I do have school tomorrow. Anyway hope you enjoyed
