I just stared at it, it just sat there. Mum stood behind the counter, smiling a fake smile "you can spend it on anything you want, to help you adjust to you new school" her voice was shaky. I glared at her, "you think you can buy back my trust in you, you think you can buy back my happiness" I screamed at her and turned around and started to run to the door, I paused "well you can't" I snatched the $200 from the counter and ran out the door. I mean come on who wouldn’t take $200 if you were given it. I just wanted to make my point. What she did was unforgivable. She cheated on my dad and that’s why he left us. It’s all her fault, everything is her fault. As I walked through the shopping center the hair salon add caught my eye, a 20% discount on all hair coloring, sweet. Finally after a lot of browsing, I decided on getting the bottom quarter died a light shade of red, and a black feather on the front side. As I swished out of the hair salon I felt great, this would sure make an impression I thought. Now what next, I still had $150 to spend. I was all tired out from shopping so decided to make a quite entrance, I slowly opened the door, creped up the satires and into my room. For some reason I didn’t want my mum to know about my new hair and new clothes. I don’t think she will like the high heeled boots, tight jeans and mid drift. But most of all the hair. I dumped my bags on the floor and gob smacked. “If you don’t pack you things I will” I remember mum shouting as I refused to pack. I had totally lost track of the days, we were leaving this afternoon.
