C H A P T E R T W O |The Crooked Past|

I was getting ready for my wedding, my fiancee soon to be husband Gabriel. We were in love, happily together.

"Audrey..look at you! Your stunning! That jewelry that my mother fit it perfectly!" My mom shouts with joy.

I smile at her, "Indeed it does, I wonder what flavor would be the cake." I giggled.

My mother rolled her eyes, " You and food..it's inseparable. "

"Hey it in our daily lives!" I stated.

" Point proven.. " she mumble.

I laugh it off, when I heard heels cackling. I turn around seeing my best friend Emily. We both glanced at each other before squealing and hugging each other.

"I can't believe were both getting married!" We both stated at the same time.

"Yeah I know Eric and I are already planning to have our honeymoon the next day at Disneyland! You guys are invited!" She screamed with excitement.

"Oh this is going to be the best wedding ever!" I smiled.

Emily and I were nervous, I have anxiety and she just nervous. I heard the chimes, the crowds of joy. It was like a dream, when the doors open seeing my friend Emile and my sister,  Kelsey.

Emile and Emily are both twins and they're adorable, when they both tilt there heads at the same time.

Kelsey took my hand, wrapping around my arm as Emile done the same to Emily as we all glide down the alley.

And then I saw Gabriel was standing there with a smile. I notice Eric was lusting but showing affection over Emily.

I couldn't help but giggled, be careful Emily. Eric is coming after you.

I stand beside Gabriel, as Emily stand besides Eric.

Everything was going well, until-

"Does anyone have a object or reasons for this couple to be married? For Emily River and Eric Danvers?" No one replied.

The priest nodded and head toward us, "Does anyone object or reasons for this couple to married each other? For Audrey Maitre and Gabriel-"

"I object their marriage! " A woman yelled. Everyone gasped, I turn to whom who said this. It was nonetheless my ex- best friend, Carly.

The priest look at the crowd,  "Hmm.. The people seem fond of these couples together, may I ask why you object?"

Carly smile and pointed at Kelsey,  "She pregnant! " The crowded seem confused but I was not.

Did Gabriel impregnate my own sister?

I look at Gabriel, seeing him in sweats. 

I was heartbroken, but I knew what Carly was going to say next.

"She pregnant with Audrey's husband baby. " Everyone went silent.

I look at Kelsey, who look at me with guilt. "Sister, I'm so-"

"Sorry? An apology won't cut for a cheating peoples especially for the ones you loved and cherished."

I look at Emily and Eric, they were pitting me. Emily reached out for a hug to comfort me, but I shook my head silencily.  She nodded quietly and step back as I turn to Gabriel.

"Look at me. " My voice was full with pure emptiness.

He look at me.

"Don't look for me, or even call me that you miss me.  We're done, and have fun with my older sexier sister.  That's more mature than me.  But at least I don't open my legs to anyone who's desperate. " I smiled with pure satisfaction.

I took my ring off and step down and walk towards my older sister. I gave her my ring, or now her ring.

"Have fun, and let me remind you that he has lung cancer. So make sure you take care of him for me.  Thanks boo. " I smile as my sister look at me with horror.

I look at Eric and Emily who were looking at me with sympathy. I turn to Carly, and slap her. "Stay out of my way, you ruined enough for me. "

I step forward, leaving a pregnant sister, an ex-husband,  a broken family and most of all...loss of all loss.
