     Ring! Ring!

I woke up to my alarm clock, and rolled out of bed. I didn't want to be awake. Back where I originally came from, though, I would've been in school for an hour already. Much to my mom's disapproval, I didn't exactly jump with joy when she said that the first day at my new school, Highland Junior High. To be quite frank, I was dreading it.

I had already met some people due to orientation, but I was still nervous... I didn't even have my schedule yet! What if all the girls are ugly? What if this, what if that, it never stopped.

Before I knew it, I was at my school. I walked into the office with my mom, and waited to get my schedule. Once I had it, I looked it over. Homeroom, reading, math, lunch, social studies....CHOIR?!? I gazed at my mother in horror. How dare she?!? I let out a loud groan and scanned the rest of my schedule. How delightful....

The day went by pretty mechanically, nothing too out of the ordinary happening. I stayed out of everybody's way, and if I'm being honest, I was way more rude than I should've been to those who actually made an effort to talk to me, with my signature rbf, it was an instinct at this point. I just hope that once I opened up to these people, they'll be able to see past their first impression of me... If not, their loss, I'm amazing.

That was a lie.

I'm not even adequate.

Ahem.... Anyway, I got home, and thought about life and how pretty this one girl was...I think her name was Danielle? I don't know, but she's stunning. Long blonde hair, pretty blue eyes, dressed in black... Wow...

Everything else was monotonous until I met Zane.
