Kara's POV
Oh my gosh! Emma invited me to her lunch table! I was going to become popular. So I put on a pink crop top and black leggings. I put my hair to the side (like hot girls do) and I put on cute snickers. I was so excited about this. Me and Emma could become best friends again!
I arrived and I saw Emma and her friend Rachel. "Hey" Emma said. I hugged her and she uncomfortably hugged me back. Then the hug became more comfortable. "You looks cute today." I told her "When do I not." She said with a small giggle.
We walked inside the building and into the hall. Rachel left Emma and I. "So..." I said. Emma opened her locker and pulled out a huge box. "Here." She said and she handed the box over to me. "What is it..." I said happily. I opened the huge box and inside were awesome bows, necklaces, and cool crop tops and jeans! "Thank you so much" I said as I hugged her again. Do I like Emma. That thought kept on flowing around my head. I was scared if she liked me or not! I don't even know if she's faking my friend! I'm nervous!
Later that night I wrote in my diary:
Dear diary,
I think I might like Emma Linderson! Yes the one that has been my old best friend and she made friends with Sofia and left me! But her hugs make me feel free, the way she says my name is glorious and her eyes sparkle every time I look into them. Her Green eyes are so pretty in the sun light and... I might love her!

The next day at recess I was at the library and no one was there but me. The librarian wasn't even there! I was reading a book called Merlin. It's cool! Then the door opens and Emma steps in. I look up from my book. "Hey" I said. She waved and sat next to me. "What cha reading" She said. " oh just a book about a little horror and magic" I replied. She nodded and I continue reading them Kaiden came in. "Hey Kara, Emma. Why are you sitting next to each other you can't stand her Emma. The fluff!" He said "She's my Girlfriend" Emma said confidently, I looked at her but her eyes are on Kaiden. I look back at Kaiden. "Kara... your dead" that's all he said. Then he walked out dramatically. I look at Emma who's almost crying. "Emma" I say as I pull her in for a hug. She hugs me back. Emma goes up to meet my eyes. "Kara I can believe I'm gonna day this..." "what" "I-i love you" She says. Those words went around my heart and brain. "I love you too" I said. She looks at my lips as I bite my lip. She brushes her lips against mine. We make out for the next 5 minutes of recess.
