Chapter Two Birthday Boy~ Part One

Chapter two

I woke up, stretched my arms out and looked at the clock. Wow, it was already eleven o'clock in the morning. Well I guess that's pretty early considering we got to El's house at around 4am. El was still sleeping so I decided to head downstairs to get some breakfast.

I walk downstairs in my pajama shorts and a tank-top. I walk into the oversized kitchen and see James sitting there with his dark brown hair covering his beautiful green eyes while he is eating some cereal and looking down at his phone. He is shirtless and wearing a pair of sweatpants. Why is he so attractive?? I would stare at those abs all day if I could. I have no shame. Oh I forgot to tell you about James. James is Eloise's older brother and he is a sophomore at Penn State.

I finally stopped staring and smiled once he looked up at me. "Happy Birthday James" I say as I give him a hug.

He stands up, hugs me back tightly and lifts me up as he smiles. "Thank you Jules, are you coming to my party tonight? I mean, you only turn twenty once, and it would be nice if my favorite girl was there to celebrate it with me." He gives me a cheeky grin.

James has had a crush on me for a while now and I mean I can't really resist his charm and good looks. We have been thinking about being a couple for a while now, but I'm not really sure if its a good idea, it would be weird for Eloise. It's been a casual on and off thing with James.

"I wouldn't miss it for the world and you know that" I smile and kiss him on the cheek when he sets me down. I take out a glass and pour myself some orange juice, then I make myself some toast.

I turn around and James is standing right in front of me. A little startled, I take a step back on instinct but I bump into the counter. That kiss on the cheek must have affected him... Hmmm. I should tease him a little more often then.

He grabs my hips and whispers in my ear "can I get another kiss tonight?" Then he cheekily adds "I am the birthday boy after all."

I laugh to myself as I run my hands up and down his chest and trace his muscles. His broad, muscular frame demanded attention. His abs only added to his perfect V shaped figure and slender torso. He shivers under my touch.

I smile and get on my tippy toes making sure that my body is pressed up against his. "Maybe James, maybe" I kiss the side of his neck slowly. Then when he relaxed his arms I quickly ducked underneath and grabbed my juice and toast and sat down at the kitchen counter.

James was still standing there with a dumbfound look on his face, then it washed over and a look of anger set place.

Eloise walks in just as James points to me and says "that's not fair" as he returns back to his kitchen stool, but not before whispering "you are such a tease" in my ear.

"Happy birthday James!" Eloise smiles at him as she takes a sip of his orange juice. He snatches it away from her so she decides to grab a glass and pour some for herself.

He had a mouthful of cereal so he just nodded and smiled a bit and went back to his phone.

El sits down by me "Oh your phone buzzed so I brought it down for you." She said as she drank her orange juice.

I turned on my phone and I see a text from Elijah. I smile to myself as I open the message.

Elijah~

Good morning spider monkey :) I was wondering if you wanted to have the competition today so I can kick your ass!

I smile and try to choke down a laugh and text back.
