
Today is the day that I get my brace off. I am nervous so I text Mark and Thomas in the car on the way to the doctor.
Emmy: I am nervous
Thomas: U will be fine
Mark: Hey u can do it
Emmy: ok wish me luck
Thomas: yeah, I might be back in town soon
Mark: bye I have got practice.
Emmy: Bye
I get in the doctor's office. He calls me back. I go in he takes the crutches from me and he takes me to the bar. He tells me to use the handrail to keep you balanced. I put my foot down on the soft-wood floor and I put pressure on my foot then I start to walk. It hurts a little bit. I get to the end he says to walk without the rail. I start to walk and I keep my balance. I look down and then all the sudden I run into a cute guy that looks 16.

He helped me up. Then said, "so you are the freshman that got hurt. What did you do?" Then I reply, "I sprained my ankle." The doctor says, "Matt, you are not allowed in here, you're supposed to be at home resting your foot." He leaves. The doctor says, "So you have to wear a boot for a week then you will be fine and keep the boot.
Mark: how'd it go
Emmy: I have to wear a boot for a week.
Mark: no, we have a football game tomorrow
Emmy: Yeah, I will be there, but on the bench
Mark: It is away.
Emmy: Who we playing
Mark: Belleville eagles
Emmy: ew, they are going down.
Mark: be careful they are rude and slow
Emmy: I will
Then I get the boot and then go to bed.
