Rascal's POV
After I finished talking to David this kid named Spot came up to me and started talking to me about a movie he's gonna be in. "Hey I'm Spot and I want you to be in my movie." "What's the movie called?" "Newsies." "So your saying that you want me to be in a movie called Newsies? Why did you choose me and you don't know me?" "Well, I saw you and you would play the perfect role for Skittery." "Ok, when do we start the movie?" "After I get more people." "I have the perfect people." "Who might they be?" "My parents Kid blink and Mush, and My friends Jack and David." "Ok, here's my number and call me when you get a chance." "Ok, bye." "Bye." After Spot left I heard the bell ring and I went to my last class.
After school was over everyone went into my room and i told them about the movie. They said that they would do it. I called Spot and he said that we needed to fly to New York so we could shoot the movie.
-Time Laps-
I called Spot before we got on the plane and he said that he'll wait at the airport. I smiled and put my phone away. Kid Blink looked at me. "Oooh, someone's got a boyfriend" He teased. I rolled my eyes. "He's not my boyfriend." We all got onto the plane and got in our seats. It was my first time flying so I was anxious. I fell asleep and Mush woke me up when we landed. I stood up got my stuff and left the plane. We waited for our things to get in on the belt and we grabbed them. We were somewhat late.
As soon as you know it there were lots of us dashing through the airport looking for Spot. I stopped and nearly knocked Spot over. "Holy shit.." He said when he saw us barreling towards him. We laughed. "C'mon guys, before we're any more late" We followed him and walked down the streets. I jumped up onto the statues base and sang.
"Look at me, I'm the king of New York!" We all laughed and I jumped off the statue onto Mush's back. We fell and laughed even more.
We finally got to the set and we got our lines and now, for the hard part. Dancing. Key. Tone. Pitch. And remembering our lines.
This should be fun.
