How could anyone like Monday's? It was just school, homework and due dates. The whole mumbo jumbo. "Why can't I just stay home and finish Zelda: Breath of the Wild?" Hazel asked her mom while battling a monster in the game. "Sweet heart, I have to go to work." Her mom replied. But what if she didn't have work? Then could she? She was so close to defeating Ganon and saving princess Zelda. Again. When she was not paying attention she lost three hearts in the game and focused on it. Then her mom turned the lights on and opened the curtains. She hissed like a vampire. But her mom just walked out and continued getting ready for work. Hazel saved her progress and got ready. Finally feeling awake she walked to her dresser and realized all her clothes were on the floor. So she tried to find something to wear. She had settled on a creeper hoodie from Mincraft and some black leggings. After sniffing them she thought they were ok she changed and walked in the bathroom bumping her shoulder on the way in. After that she brushed her shoulder length dirty blond hair. She brushed her teeth and continued doing all the other things in her morning routine (which was pretty basic). But then, she glanced at the colored contacts and attempted to put the beautiful sky blue iris contact onto her eye. Only to fail once again. She was stuck with her normal and bland hazel eyes. Looking at herself she longed to be different, to be unique, to be- she got cut of her thoughts when her mom yelled at her to come and eat breakfast. She quickly abandoned her thoughts looking at the mirror one last time before she slipped away downstairs to start her Monday.
