Hayden's POV-

What in the world?! My phone suddenly started buzzing furiously on the couch. It was Katie. Good God hear comes the bashing.

Hayden- Hello?

Katie- Have you seen Annie?!?

Hayden- Woah what's wrong? And no I haven't seen her. In fact she hasn't answered any of my texts.

Katie- She's been gone for 16 hours. She told us about you and her and we were really hard on her and she stormed out and no one has seen her since.

Hayden- Oh My God! Have you filed a missing persons report?

Katie- That was the first thing we did! How fast can you get over to our house?

Hayden- I'll be there in 5 minutes!

Oh my god! I can't believe this is happening! What if she's hurt or worse dead? No Hayden stop thinking like that, it's Annie, she is a fighter.

*Hayden arrives at the Leblanc's in less that 5 minutes*

Hayden- *grasping for breath from running so fast* H-have you h-heard anything?

Katie- *face puffy from crying* No, the police have their whole unit out looking for her. OMG why were we so hard on her?

Hayden- *taking Katie's hand* It's all going to be ok Mrs. Leblanc, don't blame yourself you were only doing what you thought was going to protect her.

*Katie buries her head into Hayden's shoulder and weeps*

I was so busy trying to cope with the pain shooting through my body that I had forgot to even open my eyes. When I did all I felt was stinging from the salt water. I forced myself to sit up and check out my surroundings. I was soaking wet rock just below a cliff edge. What had I done? How did I get here? I looked around and saw my reflection in the glassy water. And then it all came back to me. I remember running, and then slipping on an embankment and rolling for what seemed like hours and then its all blank from there. Out of no where, I heard a plethra of sirens coming from a nearby road. I started to scream for help hoping someone would hear me. And to my surprise someone did, I saw a man dressed in blue hop down the cliff side on a yellow rope. He suspended me in his arms and pulled me safely to the top of the cliff. Just then, I saw a figure running towards me, they wrapped me in their arms so tight that I could hardly stand to breath. I looked up to see who the mysterious face was...
