Annie shut the door and ran upstairs to grab a bag and all the necessities. She told her friends that she was packing a bag for her grandma's in Reno and she explained that she would run down stairs and sit it by the door and be back up in a moment. Of course that was a lie, as she ran down the stairs with her bag, she ran into her best friend, Chloe.
C- Where are you going A?
A- Um just getting a head start on packing for my grandma's, you head on up and I'll be up in a moment.
C- Annie? I know you aren't going to your grandma's. I saw you talking to the man in the uniform at the door.
A- OMG! Cloe you weren't supposed to see that.
C- Who was that?
A-... Hayden
C- OMG like the Hayden?
A- Yes, promise you won't tell anyone especially my mother?
C- Promise.
A- I'm going to New York with Hayden. We are going to start our lives there. Here I wrote this note for my parents explaining what is happening leaving out a few minor details about Hayden. But it is just so they will not think I'm missing.
C- I'll give it to them. *hugs Annie* I am going to miss you so much! I love you, Annie have fun.
Hayden's POV-
I had just hopped into my car, when I see Billy come out from behind the house. Oh my God, if he see's me lurking around his street he will kill me. I sped off down the street before he could see me. Just then, I get a text from Annie saying that she was ready. I sped up to the front door of her house quickly and honked. Billy started running towards me and my car, but Annie zoomed past him with bags in hand. She hopped into the passenger side and I drove off in the direction of the airport, I swiftly grabbed Annie's hand and squeezed it. She was mine, finally.
