This may sound like a stereotypical love story, but it's not. It may sound like Beauty & the Beast, but it's not. I am no Belle, but I did fall for a monster. And he fell for me - another monster. I had hidden behind the reputation I made for myself for so long that I had forgotten who I was. He brought that back to me. We were just two monsters learning how to be human again. In a way, I did imprison myself when I fell to him because I needed to keep my cover. Neither of us was at all what the other was expecting.
The first time I really saw him, he looked dangerous - with challenging diamond eyes and a studded leather jacket that could kill. He was exactly what I needed. When he really saw me, he probably saw my dead bleached hair and red mini-skirt and thought he could use me in the same way I wanted. We were each others undoing.
