Mak's POV :
I've been living in Florida for 4 year now . I have a girl best friend an her name is Alex I love her to death ! An I can't believe that we are graduating high school this year .. That's one thing I miss about brantley an I ! We had plans of what we where gonna wear to our graduation an everything .. Which I will wear , what I said I would .. Which was a camo strapless dress with my boots .. In the last four years Brantley an I have saw each other a totally of 4 times .. An we really don't talk much anymore .. I honestly wonder if he's wearing what he said he would to graduation .. Maybe I will head back to Jefferson this weekend an see I think I'm gonna go .. No I don't think I know I'm going ! Guess I should go start packing an get a hotel when I get there ! Jefferson GA watch out cause this girls comin back ! Since it's Thursday I decided to tell my mom I was goin back to Jefferson tomorrow right after school ..
I told my mom an she said that was just fine so I decided to get everything packed that I wouldn't need in the morning tonight that way it was less stress on me in the morning . I honestly thought bout asking Alex's to go but I think I will wait till after schools out ..
Next morning !
I woke up to my alarm clock blaring Luke Bryan's song "Do I " well I thought it was my alarm but nope it was 1:30 in the morning an it was Brantley calling .. I'm very surprised considering he hasn't called me first in over a year .. So I answered .

B: hey sorry did I wake you
I thought to myself is he drunk cause his words are all slurred
M : you did yes but that's fine I told you when I left if you called me at 3 in the morning i would answer .. So what's wrong
B: I wish you wouldn't have moved an right now I really need you Mak Mak ..
M: why what's wrong Brantley ?
B: look could you just get to Jefferson soon ?
M : Brantley tell me why an I will be in my truck an there as soon as I can please just tell me ..
B : ok momma is sick ... An dad is at the hospital with her an kolby can't drive an he's at my aunts an I need you ..
M: Brant you need a ride don't yea ?
B: yes Mak an momma can't see me like this ... An there's know one else ..

I put my phone back down an grab my camo shirt an some black yoga pants an went an took a shower then finished packing my bag an went a woke my mom up to tell her ... I shook her an said momma I need you to get up so I can talk to you an she said Mak what time is it an I said 2am an she said what's wrong ? So I told her Brantley called me an needed me down there right now an she understood an woke my dad up an he check my truck to make sure it was good for the road an I said bye an was off till Tuesday .. Gonna be a long trip ..
