The next day

  I wake up to the smell if bacon... wait what!? My children better not be playing in the kitchen. I jump up and  and start rushing down stairs. I was relieved to see my cousin making breakfast.

  “Nicole, how did you get in here?" I ask.

  “We've grown up together, we both keep our spare keys in the same place," she answers nonchalantly.

  “Well now I know I have to change that!" I say laughing. I feel tiny arms wrap around my legs. I look down to see my beautiful baby girl.

  “Dood morning mommy," she says reaching up.

  I pick her up and sit down on a stool “Good morning baby, how was last night with Trinity and Jon?"

  “It was so fwun! We played dress up and tag, and we eat yummy food and and and..." I smile and listen to her. “Can we do it again?"

  I look up and Nikki and we both laugh and look back down at Ariana. “Not tonight, but yes. After breakfast we're gonna get ready. Okay?"

  “Otay mommy!" She jumps down from my lap after grabbing her sippy cup and runs to the other room.

  “So how was last night?" Nikki asks flipping a pancake.

  “It went well... for the most part." I said thinking about that waitress.

  “Oh, what happened?"

  “The waitress at the restaurant was just ugh." I say grabbing a piece of bacon.

  “Did it get any better?" she says raising her eyebrows.

  “Aye cochina (nasty)! We kept it PG... 13" I reply laughing.

  “Hey, hey, hey. No need for the names." I roll my eyes and she asks “Did you at least kiss?"

  I feel my cheeks get hot. Nikki busts out laughing. “I'm gonna take that as a yes,"

  I get up and start grabbing plates and I set the table we have in the kitchen. “Ariana! Jacob! Go wash your hands!" I yell.

  I hear the kids run to the restroom. Nikki starts serving the food on everyone's plates.

  I'm putting Jacobs dreads in a hair tie when I hear my phone ring. Wait... where is it?

  “Ariana!" I shout. “If you have my phone bring it! Don't answer!"

  “Hewooo? Hewoooo?" Too late. I hear her little feet run into the room. “Here you gwo mommy. Its a boy"

  I reach down and grab the phone. I look at the number. I'm not too familiar with it. “Hello?" I ask.

  “Hey! This is Letty right?" I smile at the deep husky voice I hear from the other end.

  “Yes, hi."

  “I was just wondering if we were still going out this afternoon."

  “Yes! Of course. I'm getting the kids ready but I'll be ready in about half an hour." I can't help this smile come across my face.

  “Okay, sounds perfect!”

  We hang up and I look down to see Jacob eyeing me.

  “Who was that!?“ he said almost threateningly. I blush a little then put on my sassy mother voice and say:

  “Nadie Meche," (No one nosey)

  “Mmmmhmmm" is all he says then he jumps up and runs out the room.

  I hear a knock and the door and semi run to answer it before Jacob does. When I get there I take a pause and breathe and fix my hair.  I open the door to see Joe with his hair pulled back a kind of tight graphic tee and cargo shorts. His biceps are tearing out of his shirt. Jeez this man is just.... YES!

  “Hey, do you want to come in? I'm just finishing Ari's hair," I say leaning against the door.

  “I actually I have someone in the car I want you to meet so I'll wait out here." I smile and cock my head a tiny bit. He has someone he wants me to meet? His mom? A relative? Someone from the Anoa'i family?.

  “Okay.... We'll be right out." I leave the door slightly open. “Jacob let's go! Ari let me finish your hair!"

  About five minutes later we're walking towards his Range Rover, where he has his head halfway in. He turns around and smiles. Ariana lifts her arms up to me. I pick her up & she says: “Mommy who is dis?"

  I laugh “This is Joe. He's mommy's friend. Joe this is Jacob and Ariana."

“Hi, nice to meet you." He starts opening the car door and says “Letty, Ariana, Jacob this is...."

Cliffhanger! Who do you guys think it is? And how do you think they're going to react? And the kids in the pictures for the last 2 chapters are Ari and Jacob... if you didn't figure that out.

Also! Sorry I haven't updated lots of school work & tests & finals! But I'm out of school so I'll try & update more.
