" turning the pages of memories "

"Please, Don't forget our promise." Jimin said holding Seulgi's hand really tight because of that fact that they don't know what will happen tomorrow scares him.

"I won't forget that" Seulgi smiled at him. He thought, will he still be able to see that sweet smile of her? That thought made him held her tight.

"You should take a rest now, should I sing a song for you?" Seulgi asked making him smile.

"Gamulgeorineun chueokui chaekjangeul." She started to sing. The young man knew that behind those smiles they give to each other, there's a hint of sadness but they're trying to conceal that sadness, they want to spend every minute they have together full of memorable moments.

"Yetiyagicheoreom ppuyeon changteului meonjicheoreom~" Jimin rested his head on his arms admiring the beautiful lady as she sang a sad song for him. For him it is a lullaby and yet he don't want to fall asleep. He wants to finish the whole song; he feels like this is the last song he'll hear from her.

"Bibarami eobseodo bomeun ogo yeoreumeun gago geudaeyeo" Staring at each others eyes made Seulgi
want to cry. 'Please, live as if I did not exist.' The damsel thought.

"Nunmuri eobseodo kkoteun pigo nakyeobeun jine~" 'Don't waste your tears on me as I leave you' She kept on saying things she badly want to tell him. "Nae nameun geurium sewore ttuiugo~" She averted her gaze at their now intertwined hands. 'I'm sorry I won't be able to hold you like this again'

"Jami deune kkumeul kkune~" At the last part, Jimin sang with Seulgi then joined her on the bed. Jimin embraced her. He looked at Seulgi, not letting her go, he kissed her forehead.

"I promise to protect you." He said looking directly at the most beautiful brown orbs he have seen. He kissed the tip of her nose before saying "I promise to survive this game with you."

She is scared, first because she will leave him, second is because he's making promises and last is because she will break his heart.

He kissed her in which she gladly responded to. That kiss was not a typical kiss, it was a bittersweet one. "Lastly, when we're out of this mess, I will marry you and we'll build a family together." He said bringing their foreheads together.

"Sounds like a plan." The maiden said moving closer to him, if that's even possible. If only she could stay with him until the end.

"I love you" The word she feared the most; all she said might not be true or might not happen but her reply to him is the pure truth.

"I love you too." And with that Jimin closed his eyes and slept except for Seulgi, because she knows that when she began to close her eyes she won't be able to open them again.
