A few weeks had gone by as the Leviathan soared across the galaxy, searching for it's next mission and the training of Trippstone Aron continued.
Every day was a different lesson with balance, strength and force.
Kyle was a strict teacher but knew whenever Tripp needed to cool down. The young man will do very well but will get stirred up somehow and would end up "sparking", and Kyle didn't feel like getting barbecued. So the training went slowly, but Tripp didn't mind it. Just spending time with the K-Force crew and Seslie made it worth while.

So far, no powers were being used, even by Helios, who of course disapproved. Just hand to hand combat, or the occasional handheld weapon. No guns. Kyle figured that Tripp.would just shoot himself in the foot. Tripp was a quick learner and had fitted in nicely with everyone. Seslie and Helios as well fitted in, despite Snax's quiet protest. Despite Helios constant fussing about wanting to go home.with Seslie, he kept his head down well enough to not get in the way of the K-Force. Seslie did not budge on going home.
Things were going great, but not everything lasts. Day's get lighter and darker for a reason.

In the training room, Kyle watched Tripp do a certain exercise, studying the young blonde's movement and writing it down in a pad he had in his hand. Not that he was a professional in biology, but the captain had hoped to figure out more about Tripp by watching even the smallest of movements. He's made a few contacts that could possibly help answer his questions, but there was no answer.. Unfortunately, his concentration was broken as the voice of the newest newbie, Helios, spoke up.

"When are we gonna actually start fighting? Like, cry to your mother afterwards fighting?"

"When you find a woman to mother you, then we'll start." Kyle mumbled, just a tad irritated. It's not that he didn't mind the question, but he didn't want Tripp to get violent, whether on accident or purpose. The kid was alot stronger than he looked. When he did fight, although it took a moment, it was as though something in Tripp's head clicked, causing him to be more intense with his fighting. Almost as though he suddenly knew what he was doing.
But Kyle also knew that having a non fighter on his ship could be a drag, so waiting on Trip to snap into action isn't going to do well in an actual fight. Finally he sighs silently and nods, "Fine, Sun Drop, you get your wish.. Tripp, quit doing the dancing tree and come here."

Tripp quickly tries to gather himself from standing on one leg and makes his way over, eager to see what's next.

"Helios has as much patience as a twig, so we're gonna try something else, which is actual sparring." Kyle explains as he turns to look at the boy, "Tripp, you've shown alot of improvement of the last couple of weeks, now we need to put them to the test. Seslie, do you approve?"
Seslie, who is watching from the bench with the wolf, Kida, nods her head in approval.

"Will I be fighting her? I think I can take her." Tripp says, a grin playing on his lips. His improvement over the few days even surprised himself and he had hope that if he was as good as he had noticed, then sparring with Seslie would be easy. They've had fun previously with the staffs. Sesliewas still better than him, but his skill was catching up quickly enough. Tripp's grin quickly fads as Kyle shakes his head.

"No, you won't. Seslie is a very good fighter, quite skilled in fact, but she's not what you need to get into. Your opponent is the boy who has the bad fashion statement."

Helios scoffs as he takes his white trenchcoat off and tossed it to Seslie, exposing his lean but muscular bare arms in his sleeveless shirt, "At least I have a fashion statement, Captain Cargo Pants. I happened to be a popular trend back at home."

Kyle frowns and looks down at his clothes, which was a plain white T shirt and his pants, which were cargo, plenty of pockets.
"At least my clothes are there for a purpose. Tripp, you will be sparing with Helios.
Anything can be used as a weapon.
No killing, ripping of limps, killing onlookers.. Ahem, us.. Also, this room may be "indestructible" but please don't go proving it wrong. Alrighty, go to the middle, I'll whistle a start."
